Situated in German Village, this lovely house for $75 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our duplex unit is an old historic home that my husband and I recently moved out of to continue our real estate business. We loved living here and our amazing neighbors. This home is very cozy and close to everything you must visit in German Village and Columbus itself! This unit is still newly posted and the price is still discounted for the month, so take advantage! :) The space This home is a cozy space with a full kitchen and a living room downstairs. 1 bathroom, 1 spacious bedroom furnished with a Queen bed, and a small common space are upstairs. Altogether this home can accommodate up to 4 people. Guest access You will have your own unit/townhome which means your own entrance, bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and parking. Free street parking is available in front of the house. Backyard is shared with next door neighbor. You will also have the access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc. Other things to note Since it’s an older home, please know that the stairs to get to the second floor (bedroom and bathroom) are pretty steep. Please be extra cautious and use the handrail provided. License or registration number 2019-1470

To be fair here a list of the good and bad !.( Property had a smell to the place 2.) Furniture was uncomfortable and had stains on the couch 3.) Back porch area was awful no effort put into making it presentable dirt everywhere old patio furniture, door handle broke just awful. To owner.... your in the rental business fix up the place and make it look nice this is not a college frat property. Imagine the comfort you would receive at a hotel think in those terms when renting. Paint the place , buy proper furniture, and clean it up so it looks immaculate. If your just in this business to turn a buck then VRBO not for you. Overall make it look inviting with a wow factor so you can get good reviews, we actually left and did not stay the second night because of the property comfort The good , great location and price was decent per night

Overall it was good. Had everything you'd need in a place to stay. Only issue was the kitchen ceiling leaks because of the shower in the bathroom above it. Gets pretty wet on floor. Location was great for our stay. Would stay again. Thank you

This was perfect for our stay. A reminder to those staying with more than two people, bring your own bedding and towels. We saw it sun the description and were prepared, but would have been easy to miss that note.

Great location. Stairs are steep but bathroom and beds are all upstairs (so no going up and down at night). Exactly what we wanted and expected.

We really only used it to sleep. The bed was comfortable and property was clean. It was perfect for the two of us. Not sure how comfortable the sofa bed would be but the futon was definitely not suitable for sleeping. Neighborhood was cute and quiet. Owner communicated effectively and check in was easy.

This was a cute little duplex in East German Village. We felt like we lived in the neighborhood! Overall, it was clean, the owner communicated well, and the price was good for the area. Everything was accurate in the description. We will definitely stay again!

Everything is to be expected. Older property with some charm. Futon is not sleepable. Would say sleeps 3 unless you have a blowup mattress. No complaints otherwise!

Overall, the place is accurate to the description in the listing. It is an older home so I was not expecting everything to be perfect and it was not. However, it was clean and it met our needs. I would suggest no more than 2 adults and 2 kids stay in the home. The futon listed is basically broken so cannot be used as a bed. However, the couch does pull out and that is where my kids slept. They said it was comfortable, and could be good for an adult, but something to consider. We stayed for 2 nights and used the home basically just for sleeping. It was perfect for that need and it was nice to have a kitchen to store some drinks/food and have a place to eat without having to go out. The couch was comfortable for watching TV and the location was good. As long as you are willing to accept what comes with an older home, this would be a good option.

Disappointing. Bathroom sink was stopped up, coffee grounds left in maker from last user, futon bed would not have been adequate to sleep on. Dirt on patio table and dust under bathroom sink. Owner and manager responded but it y Took a while a d I asked for refund. They apologized for all of the issues

This property was in a very nice location, safe, clean and walkable to restaurants/coffee. 20 minute drive to anything you could possibly need. Elaine was prompt in responses and very helpful with any questions. Kitchen was very well accommodated. Will stay again infuture.
