Beautiful, clean and modern apartments. We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washing machine was a real bonus as we were travelling as a family of 4 and stayed for 12 nights. The outdoor space and pool area were clean and well kept. Most times we had the pool to ourselves - no sunbed wars here!
Beautiful views on the balcony of the sea to the front and Lapad to the right. Having the coffee machine (and pods provided) meant we had lovely mornings spent on the balcony with our breakfast.
The location was perfect for us to explore the old town and go on day trips. There is a small supermarket and bakery at the bottom of the steps which were very useful. If you have mobility issues the steps up to the apartment might be an issue but were fine for us.
Our host Marijela made us feel right at home. She greeted us with pancakes and wine and provided lots of information about the area including trips and restaurants to try. Throughout our stay she was so helpful and friendly and on our last day there was a storm and it was a national holiday - she insisted on taking us to the airport as we might have struggled getting a taxi. Absolutely went above and beyond for us! Thank you Marijela!

Marijana is the perfect host. We were greeted with wine/beer and homemade pancakes on arrival while she gave helpful advice/tips on the area. She is on site every day too.

Marijana is the perfect host. She's there every day cleaning the pool and surrounding gardens, greeting visitors and always making sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay.
Being in Dubrovnik, there are lots of steps to negotiate to get to the apartment, but if you can manage those, you are rewarded with a beautiful location and amazing views.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Marijana was a fantastic host and goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after. The apartments are spotless and are equipped with very modern equipment. The apartments are situated about a 15 minute walk from the old town but still in a great location. The swimming pool was a real bonus and again very clean with plenty of sun beds available. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely return at some stage in the future.

We were greeted by Tomic who transfered us and our luggage to the Apartment. They warned us about the tight roads and the fact they offered us their private garage was such a blessing. The apartments look so much better in person and we were so impressed with the villa. The view was staggering. The apartments are really modern and more than spacious for four people. The freindliness of Marianja and Tomic is enough to book these villas.
We had a wedding on the monday and the surprised us with two bottles of croatian wine, lovely gesture. They were so helpful to us. Something you dont expect when booking a villa. The pool is large enough for the 3 complete villas and the people in the other villas around the pool.
The villa was clean. Perfect working air conditioning and smart TV.

Fantastic apartment, it was better than the photos had made it look. Very, modern, clean and spacious. The pool was excellent and only shared by a few apartments so we were the only ones in it most of the times we went. Marijana was a brilliant host, helping with transfers, greeting us with a nice cold beer, telling us several highlights to visit and then looking after us during the stay. I would definitely recommend this for families as only a 10 min walk from the old town and many other things to visit.

From start to finish our week in Dubrovnik at this apartment was perfect and beyond our expectations. All thanks to not just the perfect accommodation but the lovely owner Marijanna who works so hard non stop to make sure everything and everyone has a great time. She arranged our taxi from the airport and met us as we arrived at the bottom of the steps leading to the apartment ( everywhere in Dubrovnik has steps!). Greeted us with a very welcome cold drink and freshly made crepes whilst explaining the area and how to reach various places. The apartments are modern , new and spacious and have everything you need. All the little extras washing powder, dishwasher tablets etc.Beer, water, snacks etc very welcome on arrival and also lovely wine made by Marijjana’s father! . Lovely pool with really good sun beds and sun shades. Towels changed every few days and sheets changed mid week. Pool towels provided. Great air con in apartment … much needed as it was so hot! We loved our huge terrace overlooking the pool . Perfect location for our first visit to Croatia and huge thank you to Marijanna who helped make it so special.

Great pool to relax in after sightseeing and close enough to explore the old town.
There were a few steps to climb but that is true of most of Dubrovnik. Our host was so welcoming and kind even making it easier for us when we arrived to bring our bags to the apartment.

Marijana is utterly amazing. She arranged for us to get picked up from the airport by her daughter so we didn’t have to deal with buses/taxis. Our first evening she shared a bottle of her fathers home made wine with us on the terrace and annotated a map of the city to show us the best places to go visit/eat etc. She even made us crepes filled with berries/Nutella for our arrival!
The property was amazing, AC, dishwasher, giant bed, even the fridge had cold beer, water and cookies stocked for our arrival. It was above and beyond what we expected. Hoping to return to Dubrovnik next year for a longer stay (one week was not enough!) and will definitely be booking back with Marijana. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay, clean, modern, relaxing, private and above the noise of the old town.
Watching the sunset with a glass of wine on our terrace was heaven. Every little detail has been considered (a safe for valuables/toiletries/feminine products/first aid kit/sewing kit etc).

The apartment was in a brilliant location and it was easy to walk into the Old Town area. The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. It was a great base for our stay. Our host was very friendly and was always happy to help us. I would definitely recommend Marlin Blue apartments to anyone.

All I can say is WOW! After reading the views prior to our stay, I gathered it was going to be a lovely place with a great host. However, everything was above and beyond my expectations, Marijana takes such pride in what she does and this shows in everything. Firstly, our new apartment was just stunning, there was not one thing I could fault! It was pristine, beautiful and very well equipped. Upon arrival Marijana walked down to meet us and we we're greeted with fresh wine from the family vineyard and fresh crepes filled with Nutella, she sat us down with a local map and showed us places to go and food recommendations. I would honestly go back here in a heartbeat, Marijana works so hard and she will take really good care of you the whole time! Nothing is too much trouble and by staying in Blue Marlin Apartments, made our holiday perfect, thank you so much! We will definitely be back in the near future.

Such a beautiful place, it totally exceeded our expectations! Great location with a beautiful view, perfect amenities, totally new, clean, spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to communicate with Marijana, she is such an amazing host. We got a nice bottle of homemade wine and pancakes as a welcome, and many recommendations for what to visit and where to eat. It was very nice to have available coffee pods and water and beer as a welcome. Totally recommended for a stay in Dubrovnik, if we come back we definitely choose again Marlin Blue for our stay!

First of all Marijana the landlord is a fantastic person to speak with - she gave a fantastic welcome when we arrived, including local food and local wine, explaining all the different things to do in Dubrovnik. Then she brought us to the apartment where everything was completely new, renovated since 6 months now, so you will find all the furnitures new. Everything you need, Marijana will be at disposal and will always try to help.

Dubrovnik is beautiful, touristy, hot, and a little GoT crazy. And in the middle of this dizzy cocktail is this gem. The apartments are about a 10 minute walk from the old City, run by a family, under the watchful eye of Marijana. She is an amazing, warm hostess, with a great eye for detail, and a lot of love for what she does. And it shows everywhere: in the welcome with a glass of wine from the family vineyard; to every thoughtful touch around the apartment; to insights on authentic places to visit around the city that she is quite happy to share. On top of this, our apartment was great and the pool a lifesaver. We are fans!

Apartament is in a great location just 10 minutes from Old Town. We were greted by a verry welcoming and friendly owner with an amazing home made wine and delicious pancakes. Apartament was verry comfortable, spotless and spacious with an amazing view over the coast. On site swimming pool was just perfect to cool down and relax after sightseeing of beautifull Dubrovnik.

The property was stunning - the photos can’t do it justice. It’s brand new, modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful and looks across the old town and out to sea. Both bedrooms are identical which is great for couples - both with their own bathrooms. All the facilities were brand new - washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. The pool is also beautiful and very clean and right in the sun. Location is ideal as it is a 10 minute walk from the central old town and next to the Mazda garage which is the popular pick up point for all the local cabs and ubers should you want to head further out. Banje beach is also in walking distance as is the cable car and nearby supermarkets. Marijiana, the owner, is lovely and arranged airport transfers and provided complimentary wine from her family vineyard, biscuits, beers, coffee pods and water. She also sat with us on arrival and talked us through all the local attractions and recommended bars, restaurants and things to do. We couldn’t fault this - it was simply stunning and unbelievable for the price!

Both Tony and Marijana are clearly very proud of their apartments, the time and effort they have spent making sure everything is done to make their customers happy is incredible, we have never experienced such outstanding service.
The apartment we stayed in was clean, bright and beautifully presented,facilities in the apartment were fantastic and full of little surprises ( homemade pancakes left on the door step ) such a lovely gesture.
The pool is an added bonus , clean and well cared for nothing was to much trouble. We loved every day of our stay !

Everything. Marijana and Tonci were excellent hosts from start to finish guiding us with places to visit and recommendations for restaurants even organising airport pick ups. The location is fantastic with a short walk to the old town. If your looking for value for money, clean well equipped apartments then Marlin Apartments are a must. The views are pretty amazing too. The apartment itself is of a high standard with everything that you need. I had to do some work whilst away and the internet was excellent. A real plus point was the amazing pool. After a day sight seeing it was lovely to comeback and relax in the pool. My family and I will certainly be returning to Marlin Apartments.
