La limpieza y apertura del personal para colaborar
Si eres sensible al ruido y te toca la habitación mirando a la calle, sentirás un constante ruido de sirenas , carros , pitos, motos… igual cada que alguien entra a una habitación la puerta suena durísimo al cerrar

This was for my spouse and daughter not for me. The hotel and staff are always wonderful.
I received a very confusing email that asked for info I could not easily provide, that implied the room had not already been paid for, which it had since the very beginning when we booked the room. AND we no longer had the ability to book a room with two beds rather than a room with only one bed. For two people who are not spouses, this was very inconvenient.
