Clean house w a variety of places to relax & look out towards the great ocean view. Plenty of pots/ pans/dishes, etc.; good sized refrigerator. It was convenient to park the car inside the garage & enter the house from there. Towels, shampoos, soaps, & lotions in the bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The t.v., washer, dryer, were easy to use. Quiet neighborhood. Nice location as long as you like a bit of isolation, which we did enjoy. Tillamook was less than 15 minutes away with supermarkets etc.. We visited the Goodwill in Tillamook twice; the best one I have come across. Go to the Cape Meares Lighthouse; a bald eagle flew right in front of us & perched on a nearby tree. Drive down to visit Lincoln City for stores & to walk along the beach among the drift wood.

Otherwise the view balcony,dog friendly and quiet neighborhood. Could here the roar of the ocean 24/7 was beautiful .stocked with all things you need garbage bags,soap,recycle cans
Jacuzzi tub jets lights were not working. Called jan she responded to our call. Then master bath bedroom outlets were not working even after pushing resets and breaker.

The house was spacious and had all of the kitchen supplies we could need. The appliances were all relatively new and in good working condition. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The spa tub in the master bedroom was very nice.
The house was not cleaned very well, found dead bugs on the carpet, sticky hand rail, stains/spills not wiped up. Much farther from the beach than expected as far as walking goes. You are expected to do at least half, if not more, of the cleaning on Sunday before you leave. Check in time is at 4 (if the cleaning people are even done by then) and check out is at 11. Definitely causes you to rush the morning you're leaving to get all of the required cleaning out of the way.
