location great, cleanliness great,
Mattress in master suite sucked, lumpy and uncomfortable
main kitchen light not working.
Towels seemed small and cheap.
We have stayed in many of the units in this complex and it a great place to stay.
A little more work and this will be a great condo too.

I loved the location! The balcony over looking the river was amazing!
The ONLY issue I had was the King bed in the master bedroom. It seemed like it was 2 small mattresses put together with a mattress topper on top. Where it was 2 mattresses put together if 2 ppl slept on it you would roll over towards the middle. So you spent all night trying to get out of the sink hole in the middle of the bed!

We have stayed at this property previously in another unit and loved it so much we decided to stay again. The location is great and the atmosphere is amazing. No crazy young people disturbing the peace.
The unit we stayed in this time was not cleaned properly. Check out states that sheets should not be stripped off beds and you can tell the sheets have not been washed in several stays. We had to go to Walmart to use new sheets because I was not willing to chance it. The fold out bed was disgusting. The rug in the living room had very noticeable crumbs that were not vacuumed, stains on arms of couches. The small bedroom is too small of a room to have a queen size bed. To walk around the room you have to walk sideways around the wall to not hit your feet on the massive bed frame. We could not get the tv in the small bedroom to turn on even after changing battery remotes. The shower drain needs cleaned in that room as well because it does not drain properly.
