GENERAL INFORMATION The following details are important but aren't specific to this particular unit and apply to all reservations made at a NOLA LUX property. WE RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE Planning a vacation can be stressful enough when everything goes right but adding a pandemic to the mix adds a whole lot of uncertainty. Trip insurance keeps you from losing your vacation rental investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We're here to help if you have any questions! HOUSE RULES These are all no-brainers, but we don't want any confusion so we're going to state the obvious: - NO SMOKING - No gatherings greater than the approved occupants - No rearranging furniture, please - Quiet hours between 10 PM - 8 AM strictly enforced MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details. **We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.** SECURITY CAMERAS Security cameras are in all common spaces of the building, but no worries, no cameras inside any of the homes. We do also have internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, THC, vapor, and decibel levels. GUEST REGISTRATION After you book your reservation, we will require the completion of our electronic Rental Agreement and a copy of a government-issued ID (excluding Airbnb bookings).Once completed, your check-in instructions will be emailed to you thirty days before your arrival date. OPTIONAL FEES The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for: - $75 Early Check-In anytime after 11 AM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $75 Late Check-Out anytime before 2 PM (must be arranged within three days of arrival) - $25 per night single rollaway bed rental (includes all necessary bedding) - $25 per night crib rental (includes all necessary bedding) SUPPLY STARTER KIT No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes three rolls of paper towels, a dish sponge, five dishwasher pods, four trash bags, dishwashing liquid, ~12 coffee pods per bedroom count, creamer, sweetener, salt/pepper, olive oil, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath soap bar, lotion, mouthwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. *bathroom setups included in powder baths* PARKING While we do not have any long-term parking on-site, there are countless parking options that we would be happy to provide more information on. Thankfully our location is optimal for walking (or short Uber/Lyft ride) experiences for guests of all ages.
