The location is perfect, within walking distance from Mt. Baldy Lodge (the only restaurant available) and the Mt Baldy Museum and Visitors Center. There are many trails and creeks within walking distance as well. Everything we needed was provided in the cottage, a full kitchen with working appliances, perfect for preparing meals. The size of the cottage is great also, many cabins on the mountain are small and this location is roomy, with a nice bathroom. There is also ample parking which is hard to find!

The cottage does not have A/C, an important factor during the summertime. It does cool off at night, and there are ceiling fans and an oscillating fan, but if you are using this location to get ready for an event, take the outside temperatures into consideration.

It could have used a bigger couch for the family to gather all at once in the living room instead of being apart.

It was pleasant, the location, and the amenities.

The bedroom with the door to go to the back, didn't lock well also no blinds or curtains, on the door.
