Situated in Carolina Beach, this lovely house for $414 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This quad level vacation home is ideally located, just a short walk from the beach at access point #3, convenient to shopping, dining, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Fort Fisher Aquarium. The first level of this home is comprised of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom having a queen size bed, the other furnished with a full size bed. One level up is the main living area with an open living room, dining area and kitchen with new appliances. Also on this level, is a queen bedroom and a full bath. This level also has an outdoor deck for socializing or unwinding after a long day at the beach! On the third level are two Master Suites, each furnished with a king size bed and each with a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. One suite has a jacuzzi jetted tub and a private deck. The 6th and 7th bedrooms are located on the 4th floor and perfect for children. One bedroom offers 2 single twin beds and the second bedroom provides a daybed with a trundle with a large flat screen Smart TV. Also on this level is a convertible futon and ½ bath. Above the fourth level is a shared rooftop sun deck with stunning views of the ocean and most of the Wilmington Beach region of the island. This deck is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset and listening to the waves crash! Bedding Information: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 1 Full, 4 Twins, 1 Futon Linens included with rentals less than 21 nights. With enough room for our extended family to spread out, we buoyed our annual beach trip. The rooftop deck was an added bonus and was able to see the Carolina beach fireworks on Thursday night (and no scary booms for the small children)!

Property is very nice and clean. Carpet and appliances seemed pretty new. Parking can be tight, especially if adjoining house is occupied. We were able to park 4 cars without issue. There were 15 of us and we were able to spread out nicely or come together to hang out. No "green space" outside. Steps are steep, in case anyone has difficulty in that area. Crows nest on the roof has great views. Had a great time!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and house were great for 8 adults. Due to the shotgun style of the house, the living room and kitchen are a little cramped if all 8 people try to use the living room or kitchen at the same time. Other than that, the house was very spacious and allowed for privacy amongst the guests.
Re: COVID safety and health. This property was great in terms of cleanliness. When you enter, the sheets and towels were packaged in plastic wrap so you need to put your own sheets on the bed. I loved this as we felt that our health and safety was prioritized along with the workers who clean our linens and the house. After the stay, you put the used linens into yellow bags for pick up for the workers to minimize contact with used linens.
It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and the views from the top of the house are amazing, unobstructed 360 degree views.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and all our guests slept comfortably. The only issue was one of the upstairs showers was clogged with hair and sand when we first arrived. Made me wonder if the shower was cleaned before we arrived because I'm sure they would have noticed it not draining.
