The location, at the beach front, private beach for guests with lovely sunsets. The common area - solarium and barbecue.
Not very friendly and helpful staff, no basics in the kitchen or barbecue area (no coffee, no bbq coal, sugar, salt.... ) - the only appartment not offering those things out of 5 we visited during the stay in Sicily.
Rooms very small, tiny kitchen, also the "terrace" = outside table and chairs on common pavement.
No air con, i.e. you had to keep the rooms very dark preventing the sun, making the small rooms even more unpleasant.
