If you love, quality family time, nature and peace and quiet, this is a perfect family vacation spot ! The property and the home were very clean and well maintained and modernized ! Pool and jacuzzi in great condition and very clean ! You can clearly see that, even though it’s in the mountains in the middle of the woods, the owners do everything they can to try to make it more comfortable of a stay for you .And could clearly see where there had been previous negative reviews clearly the owner had already resolved it. You don’t need anything but your clothes everything you could possibly need is provided including which I think is a huge bonus tick spray for your walk to the lake. Love that there’s pool toys and floats for the kids to use in the pool. All the kitchen utensils you could possibly need and there’s a Blackstone and a grill. Love the little touches like coffee and extra toiletries if needed!
Not a negative review but something to consider ..We knowingly understand that it is summer and one of the days it was 104 heat index during our stay and in the middle of the woods, however the 2 mini split air-conditioners in the second cabin were struggling to keep up and they were very loud and at times it was quite hot and uncomfortable .However there were multiple fans provided on site , and if needed a pullout couch in the main house and we were able to rectify the situation, but it did make it uncomfortable for my older kids to sleep a couple nights .

Everything was spotless! The beds are amazing. The furniture and decor is up to date. Obviously the pool was our favorite part. 10/10 recommend!
There was an issue with wasps but I reached out to the people that maintain the property and by day 3, they were few and far between. Everyone, including the owners, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.
