Location is wonderful - room was really beautiful and had lots of lovely extras. Views were marvelous. Staff were attentive and made us feel very welcome. Restaurant food was outstanding.

Beautiful location on the water and nestled in the NC mountains, helpful. and friendly staff.
Our mattress was worn and sunken, room temperature difficult to adjust, rationed coffee/ creamer and ice water, no reading chairs in room, limited washcloths, canceled couples massages and no omelets on the menu made our stay less than exemplary.
