Smelt like oil or gas , like a mechanic shop I was hoping it wasn’t carbon monoxide as I went to sleep smell was so strong woke up with a bad head ache , AC did not work super hot in unit

Great apartment in a huge building complex. Clean and well equipped. 20 minutes walk from the centre of the city.
Unfortunately it is positioned opposite a park where the city’s homeless community congregate. The city has a real issue with drug use and homelessness.

Love the loft type apartment in an old building. Big windows! Comfy beds. Big bathroom. Full kitchen. Vending in building. Convenience store below. Safe, secure building. Walkable to everywhere
Getting into the building with the codes was a little challenging until I got use to the system. The virtual key was helpful.

The fact there is no luggage carts. It’s a long walk from the parking garage the apartment doors with a lot of luggage

Our host was very helpful- there was a mixup with the dates on our end and she was able to reschedule us straight away.

The instructions on how to enter the building were clearly laid on upon booking. It was step-by-step and made it a breeze to find the building and our room. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The building was secure with access codes for the front entrance and room. It was in a good location, close to trams and trains.
2 main things
Firstly, the homeless people out the front of the building is something we weren't aware of until we got there. it seems to be a central point for the homeless to sleep and hang around during the day. Whilst the building was secure, it was uncomfortable to walk around, particularly at night. This meant we caught ubers straight from the door, more than we anticipated. We thought we'd be able to walk around more.
Secondly, the smell of the room was....different. It got into all our clothes and whilst at the time we didn't realise, it was really pungent afterwards when we got home. We had to get our clothes and toiletry bags, basically anything we got out of our suitcase, washed at the laundromat. It smelt a bit like marijuana unfortunately - which we did smell going in and out of the building during our stay too. It was just really obvious when we got home.

If I could give zero stars I would. The place was so bad I had to leave immediately after checking in and scramble to find a new place to stay which ended in me cutting my trip short. The worst part about it the company is refusing to refund me my money for a place that was so unsuitable for me to stay in. To start off as soon as I checked in and got into the building there was a homeless person sleeping on the couch and another getting into the elevator. This left me feeling very uneasy with who else was in the building. In which the property managers sent me a generic message saying that “there has been an uptake in homeless people around the area but they never feel unsafe”. Next I get into the unit and there is a strong chemical smell that kept causing my pregnant friend to get sick. The property managers response to this was “We restored the building and cleaned the floors and for some people it takes some time getting used too”. Lastly to make the whole situation worse we saw a rodent running through the unit and the property managers wouldn’t acknowledge that. DO NOT waste your money and book a trip to stay here. Very disappointed with the property managers response to my issues considering of the main reasons we couldnt stay was due to an actual physical condition the place was causing.

Free parking and central location
The building is designed as a concrete, garage style loft building. The building is very dark and eerie. The room itself was generally fine but again had a very cold feel. The room was advertised with a sofa bed, which was actually an air mattress. The valet parking was a mess with way too many customers waiting in line for their cars with too few valets. Good value, but would not stay again.

didn't feel safe on checking in, two guys hanging around the front door smoking pot, we arrived at nighttime. Wouldn't recommend walking from the apartment to main street. Main lift was out of service

De grootte van het appartement en de voorzieningen in het complex bevielen mij het meeste. De gym is een fijne toevoeging. De woning zelf is erg modern.
Na het boeken word je gevraagd om online in te checken. Hierbij moet je onder andere creditcard gegevens opgeven. Dit proces verliep moeizaam, omdat mijn creditcard niet in één keer werd geaccepteerd. Uiteindelijk moesten we een andere creditcard gebruiken. Daarna verliep het incheckproces wel voorspoedig.
Iets wat ook tegenviel: het aantal handdoeken. We deelden het appartement met vier personen. We hadden slechts twee handdoeken. Er was geen mogelijkheid om extra handdoeken te krijgen.
Verder, de slaapplek in de woonkamer heeft last van veel lichtinval. De rolgordijnen houden onvoldoende licht tegen.

I liked the design of the building. The room was spacious and clean.
Only 1 elevator worked which caused a lot of delays entering and leaving the apartment. The valet service was stretched so there were a lot of delay waiting for the car. Initially it was difficult to work the codes to enter the building and room but after a couple of times it was easy.

Pretty handy location
We paid for an upgrade to a two bedroom and were placed in a one bedroom and provided a blowup mattress that was trash. We are 4 adults and two kids. We brought lots of movies but the advertised theatre has been closed for three years. Pool closed, hallways smell of mildew.

Is a big luxury apartment, beautiful decoration, large bathrooms and rooms, comfy beds.
The entire building and the apartment have a supremely unpleasant smell…. We were never able to rest well because of this smell that is super strong and I don't know if it is insecticide combined with some pot... I have had to wash my clothes twice to get rid of that smell.

Spacious and close to the convention center
The graffiti all over things inside this expensive apartment. The bent chair leg. The chair that we sat in and it fell completely apart and bruised up someone. The homeless alllllll over the street although they were kind.... for how expensive this place is with money due upfront and no refund it's a joke. It's hard to get ahold of someone. Once you do, it's okay. Our code didn't work to get in the room and it was chaos to reach someone. Once we did it was fine. I found someone to text about other issues from there.

Common areas not clean - trash on floor for 2 days. Only one working elevator made for occasional long waits. Billed as luxury penthouse-neither luxury or penthouse. Modest finishes. Advertised as having Keurig machine. Brought k-cups only to find no machine. Was told I would get one but never did.

We liked the warehouse feel of the apartment - very spacious and well equipped. The location was great being within a few blocks of the city centre. Great to be able to park our car safely for free.
I thought the description to find the Butterfly symbol for entry could have been better explained eg. a simple description - on the Butler Brothers Building door in a small black grill.
Wifi was a problem with only one of the five of us able to connect for only a short time during our stay. After contacting our host and maintenance being notified, nothing changed.
I booked what I thought was a 3 bedroom apartment for 5 people but the 5th person did not have a bedroom, only a bed in the lounge room with curtains around the bed.

The facilities were amazing with views to die for. It was exactly as advertised. Value for money too.
Blockoiut curtains in the living room where one of the beds was located would make the stay perfect

The location is ideal and the apartments are extremely spacious, with comfortable kitchen and walk-in closets. Furniture was pretty good. Internet was also good. For someone who prefers the flexibility of apartments to the extra services of hotels, the place is a really good fit.
There was this constant issue with something not working as intended. Door code was wrong when checking in. Then - clogged pipe. Then - frequent malfunctions of the electronic door mechanism.
Add to this maintenance staff which really seems to barely knock before entering and definitely managed to surprise me unpleasantly at least once while doing so. Someone really needs to give maintenance a few lessons on how to do their job.

property claimed they have 3bedrooms actually it has 2bedrooms and 1bed at living room so I cannot use living room at night and early morning because 1family sleep in living room that’s not fair from them property should change their description not 3bedrooms it’s over claimed I try to tell property on this problem but he did not accept and told me that I did not read their description!!! it’s unacceptable , this area surrounding with homeless not just normal homeless but some crazy from drug
I went to 7-11shop nearby with my friends 5-6people including men, 8-10 homeless followed us and try to block us then ask for money, this place is not safe and not recommended to stay here
