THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The room was very clean. The only issues we had was a wad of hair in a towel and some gunk that didn't get cleaned behind the sink. We were kind of upset that the lazy river is broken and has been broken for sometime because the parts were on back order and that information had not been shared. That was the reason we picked this place to begin with. Arm bands weren't in our rooms and it took a day and a lot of back and forth to finally get them. There were no hand towels. That was just weird. Be prepared to buy some paper towels or bring your own towels to dry your hands. The pillows and mattresses were amazing and we slept great. Being on the second floor was very convenient to the beach and pool. There is an iron and a hair dryer. Those aren't on the amenities list.

Nice place but the leak two floors above caused the unit where we were stating to have a dehumidifier and two fans constantly running for three days. Way noisy and distracting. Asked for a relocation to another unit but reported that none was available.

This was a first beach treat for our three year old grandson. The condo was on the second floor near the beach overwalk and we all had a great trip. The balcony was large and enjoyable for sitting and relaxing and the pools ( both indoor and outdoor ) were clean and inviting. We recommend staying here and plan on coming again.

This condo was super convenient. Same floor as walk way. Close to stairs and elevators, so it was so easy to come and go. Also, it had some nice upgrades…floors, light/ fan combo, etc.

We have stayed in several in this complex and this one very nicely updated and so comfortable. The double recliner sofa was a bonus. We really enjoyed it!

We loved our stay the unit was amazing . The only problem we had was the check in process although it was fairly easy to rent online it took almost an hour to get the code to our door . Keep in mind my kids 6 of them had been in the car for 3 hours and we're very I'll and hungry standing outside waiting! On an email with a door code !

The location is perfect if you want easy access to the beach and fantastic pools. The sky bridge to cross the road is a huge perk. The room was exactly as shown and described. Total experience was a 10 out of 10 and I’ve traveled the country full time for 4 years.

Very beautiful layout and pool view. The gated walkway to the beach was very convenient. As you did not have to cross the street. Plenty of pool room, since this place has three pool areas. We enjoyed our stay!

Crystal Towers is so clean. Everything was immaculate! The condo was spotless and very beautiful. The balcony furniture was very comfortable and relaxing. The skywalk over to the beach makes it so easy to have access to the beach. The pools and hot tubs were also very clean. We loved it here and will be staying again.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was decorated great, clean, plenty of room, nicely laid out and had comfy seating for everyone on the balcony. And a huge plus for us was being on the same floor as the breezeway to the beach. We will definitely keep our fingers crossed that we can rent this unit again!

The unit and view were beautiful. Location was absolutely perfect. The unit was very clean. Had everything we needed from dishes, to detergent, to extra toilet paper and sheets. Easy access to the beach and food. No long drives to attractions. Me and my family enjoyed every moment. Felt like I was home. We arrived super early, but did not have to wait long to gain early entry. The response time from the agent was impressive. I will be looking to book this location again when we return.
