Here in our 34th floor 2 bedroom/3 bath Regal Suite at the Ala Moana Hotel condo, you will experience island-style comfort in one of Hawaii's most convenient locations. This unit is located very close to the beaches and the state's largest shopping mall, Ala Moana Shopping Center features more than 350 shops and restaurants. Our Regal Suite features a unique large floor plan, kitchen, dining table, and large living room. The unit features 1 King 2 Queen Beds, accommodating a maximum of 6 people. You will enjoy the panoramic views from multiple private balconies and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi service. Just down the road, walking distance from the building is Ala Moana Beach Park, where you can surf, sunbathe, or stroll down the beach. *************************** What's NOT included? ******************************** -NO DAILY MAID SERVICE IS PROVIDED. This is a vacation rental unit and is not a part of a hotel operation. There will be no towel/linen change. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the 6th and 13th floors. -NO DESIGNATED PARKING. We love the space. The rooms are perfect. Furniture is stylish but the actual rooms can use some updates. The front door doesn't open well with the carpet, the bathrooms all need updates. The shower heads / controls definitely needs to be replace. The toiletries also needs to be updated. We did not have any bath bars so we all had to use face / hand soap. It would be nice to have good toiletries. Doesn't have to be premium but normal quality would be nice. The unit should provide a starter kit of Hand/face soap for the sink, bath bars for the shower, shampoo and conditioner separately. Also the sink in the kitchen smelled pretty bad. The refrigerator seal is coming off. But other than that we love the unit and would love to book it again.

We turned a business meeting at the convention centre into a extended family get together with my two adult children. The suite was spacious and plenty for 3 people. There was a bit of a grease film in the stove/kitchen area and the kitchen did not have anything for basic condiments such as salt and pepper or cooking oil or anything so be prepared to buy everything if you plan on cooking at all in the unit.
The hotel is well appointed with a very comfortable pool area for lounging and the beaches are just across the road. Amazing shopping is located right next to the hotel with some fun places for happy hour. Our favourite amenity was the Signature Steak House with an amazing Happy Hour and top floor view.

My family enjoyed this property. Very comfortable and location was perfect. We had other family and guest staying at this same location. Everyone one could gather easily on the premises. Shopping center next door is great. The views from this property is excellent. I’d recommend this property and also visit again. Thank you.

Loved this 2 bedroom suite at the Ala Moana hotel. It was so spacious for 6 of us 4 adults and 2 children. Having 3 full baths was amazing when it was time to get ready for outings. Only thing I would suggest is more trash bags. I get it about a starter kit but no one is thinking about trash bags. Other than that, everything went smooth and we had a great time!

The most impressive part of this condo was its impressive views! For our party of 5 it was more than adequate. The kitchen has enough plates, glasses and utensils for our needs since we ate out for most meals. Our party was very comfortable there and took advantage of the 5 balconies. The location was perfect too as it was close but not too close as to get bogged down in Waikiki traffic and it was within walking distance of Ala Moana Beach Park. The largest outdoor mall in the country was conveniently located across the ramp from the hotel. The beds were comfortable and enough linens were provided. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again.

Good starting place for a lot of activities in Honolulu.
10 minutes walk to a beach, good for a swim in the evening after a day of activities.
Rooms are clean and spacious, only the number of plates and cups is a bit low.

This place was Epic! It's huge! Loved having 6 different balconies to check out the views with. I would 100% stay at this place again! The actual hotel is very nice! The only thing that could be better are larger ironing boards. The tiny one that are there are incredibly small and both do not work properly. Besides that everything else was terrific! I'm actually going to help a friend with his hawaiian trip and I am highly recommending to him that he stay here for his time on Oahu. Thanks Luana Realty for such a wonderful place to stay!

This apartment is incredible. Spacious, well-equipped, beautifully decorated, literally the best views (about 270 degrees) of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Incredible sunset vistas that combine the skyline and the sun disappearing over the ocean horizon. The building’s amenities are great, it’s connected to the Ala Moana mall, which is fantastic, and the staff working there were excellent. We did have a bit of trouble checking in because the people at the front desk actually don’t control this apartment, since it’s privately owned and rented out through a third-party - the communication allowing us to check in early was not seamless, which caused us some hassles. But ultimately, it was a fantastic spot, and one where we would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this place. Our suite was on the 34 th floor. We have amazing views on mountains on one side and ocean on the other. I liked the fact that we had balconies in all directions. So that we could enjoy city view in the night. Sunrise over the mountains, sunset over the ocean. This is within a walking distance to Waikiki beach the most happening and bustling places in honululu. There is a general store in the lobby for the convenience.
This apartment was clean, had enough towels, and extra comforter s and linens.
The communication with host over the VRBO was quite easy and response was quick.
Will surely recommend and might come back again.

The unit was exactly what we needed! We were working at the Ala Moana Hotel so location was a must! The unit gave us enough room to spread out and get our work done in our unit before heading down to our event. We would stay here again. There were plenty of shampoo, soap, towels, etc. but if you need hair conditioner bring it. A little side note, the room is starting to show signs of wear but with it being in HI totally understandable.

Our Family and I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here in the future. Only small issue we had was with the master bath sink. It would not drain properly but we pulled the plug up and it worked perfectly. Parking was a bit difficult as the parking lot would be full every night by 8Pm but parking staff helped. We missed our flight and got in contact with Luana Realty and they made it very easy to stay another night! Very satisfied with our stay!

Wonderful Luxurious Stay!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was perfect! Very clean and well stocked with shampoo soap tp for 6 night stay! It was very crowded at the hotel but being on the 34th floor made it easy to get an elevator. Views were amazing! Furnishings brand new and modern, and beds were incredibly comfortable, almost felt like the tempurpedic beds I have back home. We all slept very well. I’ve read past reviews about roaches in the unit but we found absolutely none, in fact this was one of the cleanest vacation homes we’ve stayed in. Loved being close to Ala Moana Shopping Center…there’s a bridge connecting the hotel to the mall located on the second floor. I’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on our next vacation to Oahu.
