The place is a nicely maintained/modern refinished neat older house. The host was kind enough to unexpectedly meet us when we checked in to help us have extra room for bike storage. We utilized the close proximity to the beach and boardwalk a lot. It was a good place with various separate areas to have conversations and hang out. It was a very quiet neighborhood, easy to prepare meals for the group, watch movies/football together, and an overall easy stay.

This is a lovely, large and comfortable home where my family and I stayed for the holidays. Great location, close to the beach and Boardwalk with off street parking. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions. Lovely place to stay.

Our trip to Ventnor was absolutely perfect! From the house and everything that was in it was more than enough for us. Cathy was so accommodating during our stay. I would highly reccomenend this property and would like to come back again.

We had an amazing time at this house. Cathy was so responsive through the whole process, and the house was absolutely perfect. It was warm, cozy and felt like home. They provided everything we could've needed and more. Can't wait to come back when the weather is warm!

We were not disappointed. We were only 3 people but were very happy to have plenty of space for ourselves and did have a couple of family members over 1 evening for dinner. The kitchen was spacious and beautifully updated. The living room was inviting and comfortable. The dining room allowed me to work, all of us to enjoy several meals (take out and cook in) still with plenty of room for a jigsaw or two. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely updated & well appointed. Pretty much if you needed anything, it was already there! We loved the location - being only 3 blocks from family, plus was a very short walk to the beach for walks on the boardwalk and a couple of blocks to the bay. Convenience store, liquor stores and WaWa were very close, making everything so easy. Uber/Lyft rides were abundant, not having to wait more than a few minutes for any ride. Plus, the Casinos in Atlantic City were certainly within walking distance (weather permitting). Cathy & Bill - it was nice to meet you while we were there and thanks for letting us use your fabulous place!

Absolutely wonderful house!

It's rare when properties look as good as the promo pics, but in this case, the pics don't even do the house full justice. This is a beautiful, huge house, with a spacious front porch, nice rear deck, back yard with outside shower, and awesome new grill to boot. Plus there's a storage room under the house for bikes and beach stuff, so you don't have to drag sandy things back into the house. A lot of beach houses can tend to have some very cheesy decorations, but the decor here is tastefully vintage where appropriate, and bright and modern where you want it (kitchen and bathrooms). The place was absolutely spotless, and it was clear that Bill and Catherine give a lot of thought to everything - big and small - that their guests will need during their stay. Lots of new, clean pots and pans, tons of drink ware, games and Legos for the kids, piles of plush towels, even an extra tank of propane should the grill run out (it didn't). Literally every time I thought "I wonder if they have this....." I'd look for a second and find the thing I was looking for. I really can't recommend this place enough; overall it's the happiest I've been with any rental we've done. Hosts are also incredibly friendly, and easily accessible. My family all feels the same way, and we hope to return again!

Clean, owner was very diligent in deep-cleaning with renter's health concerns in mind, absolutely all the amenities one would need on vacation were there, from towels, chairs, full complement of kitchen needs, even a bowl of cookies. You really don't need to bring much with you if you rent this home. The owners are lovely people and you can see that they really care about the condition of the home and want to make the renters comfortable and happy. Even the neighbors were nice and welcoming. Really nice stay.

Wonderful stay

Bill and Cathy went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. The house met all of our needs and then some. It was so nice to have the linens, towels and beach chairs provided. With small children the use of a washing machine and dryer came in handy! The size of the house was perfect for my large family and the walk to the beach was an easy one. I’d never been to Ventnor City beach before but we found it clean with friendly and attentive lifeguards. The first few days we were there had lots of wading pools which my kids loved. We look forward to coming back again.
