A Fantastic place to stay and we WILL book this property again WITHOUT QUESTION. Very happy.

On arrival I called the Host and they provided me with the code for the lock box. They answered first call I made and were more than polite and hospitable. The price we paid for our stay though - COULD NOT BE BEATEN and for the price we were both EXTREMELY happy with property on the whole. It was VERY clean; the bed COULDN'T BE FAULTED and even though the property was positioned along the main highway, we heard ZERO Traffic and were not bothered one bit.

The ONLY issue we had during our stay was that the stove did not work. It was switched on at the wall etc but I couldn't get it working. It was late in the evening, so I did not make contact with the Host to bother them at that stage - and New World was only a short 2 minute walk down the road, so I wasn't overly bothered... however, my daughter was upset coz she couldn't cook mum breaky for mother's day :) ha ha. Upon leaving the property I did let the Host know about the stove and they were VERY apologetic and happy that we had made contact to inform them. It was an apparent easy fix and the Host had expressed that they were disappointed we hadn't contacted them to sort it at the time. It was nice to know they were approachable and I valued their willingness to be available whatever the issue. I will know better for next time.

I didnt know that breakfast could be served. Very good location. I think the place could do with a bit more TLC or sprucing up a bit on the outside.

I couldnt get the oven top to work. There was/wasnt clear instruction on how to get it going properly.

We were expecting much more road noise than we received; maybe due to being there Sat. & Sun nights

The lockbox was an issue, but sorted with a phone call to Kylie. The door unlocking mechanism is a little tricky ! but fine once you understand it.

We loved this studio, great space, everything we needed! Really comfortable bed and kitchenette with all we needed. Great location and we highly recommend it!

Enjoyed our stay and was adequate for our needs!

Comfortable and good use of limited space. Kept cool during hot spell so comfortable temperature. Kaikoura a fantastic place to visit!

Road very busy (as we were told) so not really suited to sitting outside. Mentioned in detail/file close to swimming beach but definitely not a place to swim as indicated on the official boards

Not well cleaned. Top of wardrobe full of dust and easy chair dirty. Bedside lamp and dining lamp not working.

Great little unit

Great location, an easy walk to town, supermarket and pub in walking distance. I found it quiet as well considering its on the main road. A very comfortable place to stay.

All good with me.

You get what you pay for

The unit was easy to find on the main road through Kaikoura and nicely protected from the road by a few bushes. Retrieving the key from the key lock without staff worked well. The kitchen window opened towards the sea, the bed was comfortable and the towels fluffy.

There was a bad smell from the bathroom, the kitchen and utensils were not clean and the furniture seems a bit tired.

Superb

It was easy to find. Close to supermarket. Good heating . Very comfy bed. Lovely clean sheets. Free wifi. Well stocked little kitchen to work in. Nice clean bathroom. Good TV. Just what we wanted for passing through accomodation. Only our 2nd time using a lockbox but staff answered questions almost immediately. We would definitely stay again.

Just lightbulb in bedside lamp needed changing.

Great studio, close to town and comfy!

Amazing little studio, perfect for what we wanted, comfy and well equipt. Really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the bathroom during the night. However, close the bathroom door and its fine. Would 100% be back again! Thank you!

Even though it was on the main road, it was quiet and I was on the ground floor.

The bed was very comfortable, everything was fine.

Maybe a sign out front to identify the property but not a big deal.

Very comfortable and clean. Great stay.

As stated on the Web site the traffic noise was loud but a trip to the hardware store for some foam ear plugs solved this, so traffic noise problem was resolved.

Unit very comfortable with two arm chairs and a table and chairs and plenty of knives and forks. Shower good.

Windows could have done with a wash but thats being picky and there was plastic flowers which I personally dont like. We were there for a funeral and they remind me of the flowers you see on graves.

We did enjoy our stay.clean, warm with the heating.

There was nothing really I didn't like, except doing everything by email, I'm people person really, like to meet someone when we arrive, instead of all the instructions via email, I get lost in them, lol.

It's a nice studio, easy to find and close to everything, and good parking

That there was no mention of traffic noise until the booking and PAYMENT was completed, and as we were booking close to our stay date, we couldn't cancel without losing what we'd paid
