Centrally located this holiday home is within 2 minutes walk of the Kaikoura main street and town beach and 5 minutes drive to South Bay, supermarket etc. Our fully fenced 2 bedroom plus sleepout home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with the following bedding configuration: Bedroom 1 - 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds + Bunks (Double on bottom, Single on top) NOTE: top bunk not suitable for children, no safety rail Sleepout - 1 Single Bed + Bunks (Queen on bottom, Single on top) NOTE: top bunk not suitable for children, no safety rail Enjoy dining on the expansive sheltered decking areas and keep cosy in winter with the living room log burner (no fire guard). Freeview, wifi and chromecast available for your use. Full kitchen and BBQ plus extra fridge space Bathroom/laundry with vanity, shower and washing machine (separate toilet). Outside there is a fish filleting bench and washing line for your use and ample off street parking for your car and boat. NOTE 1: duvets and pillows are provided but guests must provide all their own linen (pillowcases, sheets, towels, tea towels etc). NOTE 2: This property is not serviced and guests must clean it before leaving and remove all rubbish - please treat it as you would your home and leave it as you found it. Please also be respectful of our neighbours and NO PARTIES.

As soon as we pulled onto the front lawn, we felt at home and even more so once we went inside. Absolutely amazing property! very well set up for larger families or groups. So close to town but yet you feel far away. We will definitely be returning, Thanks for the stay!

Great location so close to everything, an awesome deck out the back with heaters, favourite spot was the bench seat in the kitchen really enjoyed sitting there in the morning with my coffee such a nice touch

Everything was great, the lockbox codes didn't work but fortunately we did not need the sleep out. place was clean and tidy and comfortable.

Close the the best fish and chips shop - Coopers Catch. Well equipped kitchen we cooked the other 3 meals. Great fire.

Only a minute walk to the high street. Great size house with a massive deck out back geared up for bbqs/meals. All amenities including a fireplace. Great communication with owner. Four of us spent two nights there. Thanks.

The central location is good for shops, whalewatch etc. Train tracks are close, but trains are infrequent. Double glazing keeps traffic noise out. The deck and big table ot back are a wonderful feature. Instruction sheet was very detailed and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

Really nice place to stay. The instructions we got sent for the wifi were old ones (Skinny) but we found the correct ones when we got there. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Close to the township. Clean and had everything we needed for a great stay.

This is a cosy wee cottage wth an amazing covered veranda with views of the hills ( It was nice to have dinner on the deck ) Close to town and elevated . The train tracks are nearby , but definitely not loud or annoying . I was disappointed I didn’t get to light the fire , a trip back to stay in the winter I think . Would recommend if you are looking at staying in kaikoura for a few days or more .
