The Inga & Children 'Family Welcome', proximate location to Kaikoura Township and all Amenities, the 'unapologetic nature of the Property/Accommodation, the view of the snowclad Ranges beyond my Room's North facing Ranchslider, an immediately adjacent 'early morning opening' Cafe for breakfast prior to driving to Picton for a 2..00pm Bluebridge Ferry Sailing to Wellington ....
The Lazy Shag Lodge listing is Honest, 'It Is What It Is'; perhaps not for everybody, but it certainly was so for Me ~ Would not hesitate to go again ...

The motel is very easy to locate, close to a supermarket and whale-watching gathering point. It has a front and a back yard, and both offer several rooms. The room is big enough to accommodate four to six people. A big kitchen is available at any time. The boss has lovely kids, and they are all friendly!
The kitchen is too cold in winter.
