This apartment is ideally located within walking distance of "Old Montreal" and excellent local restaurants. The enclosed parking lot was very convenient. Our host communicated with us the day prior to our visit to assure a smooth check in, walked us through the apartment and provided a handwritten map with restaurant recommendations and must see attractions.

Excellent accomodations, nicely located, dog park nearby. Christina was very helpful and a pleasure to work with during the stay. Looking forward to revisiting Montreal and would stay in these accomodations.

Property was in good location-easy walk to McGill and Vieux Montreal. Photos are accurate, property was very clean, good quality linens, well equipped kitchen and Christina made check in a breeze. Highlight of the property is the rooftop terrace, so great to have private outdoor space.

We had a great time in Montreal and this condo was in a perfect location, close to the metro and walking distance to many activities! Definitely would stay here again.

The apartment we stayed in was as listed. It was well appointed and convenient to so much Montreal has to offer. Our weather when we stayed was not ideal but we still got a few hours to enjoy the lovely rooftop deck. Definitely recommend.

Kind and friendly. If two adults and kids guest room would work any adults sleeping on guest bed. It is two full mattresses stacked up very soft very uncomfortable. Not acceptable for the price. Get a nice queen size bed and your place would be great! We stay at a place to be comfortable sleeping two of us were able to accomplish this.

Nice two-bedroom/two bathroom condo with all the amenities. In-suite stairs to the rooftop terrace would be terrific when the weather is warmer. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the bed in the second bedroom as it is pretty uncomfortable.

Lovely place and well located. But hidden within the terms and conditions of VRBO’s rules is that VAT or in Quebec the GST and QST (federal and provincial sales taxes totalling 15%) may be applied to you on top of what you pay. I saw that but hoped the already somewhat pricey cost of my stay might have the VAT already applied within it. But no, we got the nasty surprise as soon as we arrived we owed more. When I tried to confirm the owner actually is incorporated and pays GST and QST (as many are doing it under the table) he was rude and unapologetic, claiming it was clear “everywhere” in the listing I’d be charged more upon arrival. There’s no mention of this extra cost in the listing of course. My fault for not reading all the fine print and proactively emailing the owner to ask if all costs had yet been applied in my full booking fee. This means that one might as well stay in a hotel which at least tell you all the taxes up front clearly. This will be my last VRBO stay ever.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in a fun location. Management was exceptional. Get the parking—-it made it so easy to see Montreal!! Truly a home away from home, and we hope to return soon!

However, Canada opened its borders to vaccinated travelers and we were able to just spend three weeks here without a quarantine. The place is gorgeous, the location is perfect. The rooftop patio was a GREAT extra. And, I have to mention that Cristina was the most wonderful responsive property manager EVER!!!
