THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Lovely, spacious property. It was very well equipped with lots of rooms for a large family. We loved the huge screened porch and recreation area, hammock and swing set, grilling area, and kitchen. The showers were on first floor but were very nice with good water pressure. My only complaint was the locking system. The owners provided one key that locked from the outside, but could not be locked or unlocked from the inside. And if you lock yourself out from the second floor, there is no way to get back in. We were unable to completely lock up the home when we went to the beach because the key only worked on the one door. Otherwise, it was a marvelous place for a vacation.

This house was perfect for our children, grandchildren, aunt and uncle. There is plenty of room to spread out, but also a great screened in porch for gathering. The deck overlooking the ocean provided just the spot for early morning coffee and watching the ships coming and going in the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators as well as plenty of tableware and cooking utensils. The 2 showers are located on the bottom floor, away from the bedrooms and other bathrooms; this is the only drawback to the home. Our family will be back!
