The house was immaculate, exactly as advertised. Very clean and very nice! The host was super easy to communicate with and was very helpful throughout our stay. Check in/out were very easy too! Would definitely recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay. Our arrival was smooth and efficient and the property manager was very responsive and graciously accommodated our check in / check out schedule. The home was spotless and well prepared when we arrived. We were visiting our daughter at UO for family weekend and this turned out to be a great spot to stay with plenty of room. We were 3 adults. But there is plenty of room for 4. Much better than cramming into a hotel room. It is a quick and easy 10 min drive to campus. We also had no problem getting a Lyft / Uber from this location as well. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of towels, washcloths, hangers etc. There is also a garage and cute little backyard. Nothing was lacking and the property is exactly as described in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Eugene.

Our stay was great! We flew over to the West coast for the weekend to catch the annular eclipse in Eugene. This vrbo was perfect for our family of four. The place was very clean and fully stocked with everything you might need in a home away from home. The front room was large enough to accommodate a pack n play for our one year old to sleep in without having to take it down during the day (and still out of the way). Our little boys loved running around in the backyard. The fireplace was so nice on the cooler evenings we were in town. Plus, it’s right next to everything! It looks just like the pictures but if anything, even better. For the price point- especially if you have younger children, this is a great little rental! Thank you so much!

This house was perfect for our volleyball tournament weekend. My daughter and I were happy to have 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchen and washer/dryer. A nice and quiet retreat, way better than a stuffy hotel room.

First visit to Eugene in several years. This sweet little 2 bedroom was perfect for us. Very tidy, cute as heck and all the rooms have separate heaters... so my mom, who is always cold, could turn up the little heater in her room, and I, who am always hot, could crack a window. The house is pristine and though vintage, everything worked great! It was also a nice quiet place to land after a busy day visiting family. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a delightful stay at this property. It had everything we might need. The WiFi was easy and strong. The kitchen was very well stocked. We even had logs for the fireplace. All decore, bedding, linens, kitchenware in this cute mid-century style home looked and felt brand new. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our Big Game weekend in Eugene.

Truly excellent and effortless. The house was clean and the mid-century design touches were well done throughout. Loved the fireplace and the Duralogs provided. Internet was fast. Everything worked. There were directions for appliances, yes, but not, thankfully, the wall to wall signage of do's and don'ts being shouted at you all over the house the way some property hosts will do. Overall, a superb stay and a responsive, responsible host.

Wonderful house for our stay. Perfectly clean. Well stocked. Lovely interior decor, with A/C and fans. Really appreciate use of garage. Great neighborhood with nearby shopping, markets, drive-through coffee stops, dining, parks. Easy hop on to major highways and I-5. Very responsive and helpful owner. This was a great base camp for Track & Field Trials at Hayward Field. Clean and well-equipped home with a nice backyard and extra refrigerator in the garage. Host was easy to communicate with and flexible. Def recommend and will stay here again!
