Staff at check in and check out (same woman) was very pleasant and gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable as well as room temperature.
The shower could use some attention.

Location
The room we were in was leaking rain water in through the windows and walls. Down in the dining area was the same experience, water leaking through like a sieve. Our room smelled like mold especially when the ac unit was on. There were small pet hairs all over the pillows and bedding. The breakfast was not good.
