Great modern apartment, Wi-Fi is ok, did get weak at times. Great shower pressure. Kitchen is well setup & washing machine is useful
Communication with staff disappointing when requesting early/late checkin/out. They don’t do! Also, no lockers for luggage near apartment. If arriving early by plane, use the lockers at the airport, more convenient.
For your convenience, be sure that to can checkin/out after their times.
The kitchenette has an exhaust that is low and in a bad place. Bumper my head on it a few times. Just a bad design.

Great little apartment that fit our family of four perfectly (2 kids, 2 adults) and I think the size of the apartment was a bit more spacious than average based on other places we've stayed in Tokyo. It was comfortable and we had everything we needed for our 2 nights here. We could have easily stayed longer. Worth mentioning is that we chose this area because of it's close proximity to Haneda airport, and although it was super easy to get to the airport early in the morning by train, we were also pleasantly surprised by the amount of activities for kids there was nearby! There are several beautiful parks, gardens, playgrounds (outdoor and indoor) and even a beach! We found an indoor skate ramp that my son fell in love with. There is a huge selection of quality restaurants and supermarkets literally within a few steps walking distance. The neighborhood is also really quiet and walkable. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Tokyo.
As far as the apartment is concerned, there was only one bed made up when we arrived and so we had to spend a bit of time figuring out the sofa bed situation and setting up the additional two beds ourselves - not a bit deal and the management was very responsive helping us find what we needed. Nevertheless, it would have been appreciated to have the beds ready seeing as we booked for 4 people. Everything else was really great!

The air conditioning was fantastic, and overall the room was very comfortable. It was also very convenient for getting to the nearest train station.
