Nestled in Kelowna, this attractive condo for $331 per night is a great choice for your next break. *THIS CONDO IS CURRENTLY LICENCED BY THE CITY OF KELOWNA* Business License #4090468 Lakeview condo walking distance to Mckinley beach, close to over 200 wineries, golf courses and all Okanagan activities. The highlight of this condo includes two fabulous covered lakeview decks with natural gas bbq, firetable, dining table, lounge chairs and comfortable seating area, walking distance to beach. The building features a roof-top hot tub/bbq area, and an outdoor pool on side of the building which is open May - Sept. In this condo you will find everything an active family needs: room to put bikes; beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart supplied; a well stocked kitchen with gas range; in-suite washer/dryer; and TVs in each room with cable and Netflix.. You will also find all the small appliances you may need including coffee maker, toaster and blender. I even provide you with coffee (in the freezer to keep fresh), spices and condiments. . The Master bedroom has a King bed with 400 thread count sheets, large ensuite with double sinks and large shower as well as it's own deck with lounge chairs. The second bedroom features double/double bunk beds and pocket door entry to bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms come fully stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is secured underground parking for 1 car to keep out of the summer sun, and street parking on McKinley Beach drive if you have more than 1 vehicle. I have tried to provide everything you may require for a perfect summer vacation, short of a private chef or chauffeur ;).

This location was the perfect size for our Family. The owner was in contact with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. The VRBO is located close to everything anyone would want to have a great vacation. Beaches, Hiking, Biking, Kayaking, Fruit picking Wineries and restaurants. And to top it off Fantastic views from the condo.

Beautiful, well equipped condo with great views. Neighbourhood is great for short walks to the beach, but fairly steep. Communication with Sage was very easy and he always replied promptly. We would stay here again!

This VRBO property exceeded our expectations. We have booked VRBOs in various locations in the USA and Canada over the past few years and this one ranks at the top. The pictures do not do it justice. Very high end development and superbly maintained unit. We could have stayed here longer and it would have felt like our home away from home. All details are thought through in this unit - so much was provided that isn't normally in other rentals. We are already talking about going back! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Our family of four enjoyed everything this property has to offer! The owner made some great recommendations for wine tastings! We all agree our favourite dinner was right here with views like this and everything you need to cook with! The owner has thought of every detail! Would definitely recommend!

Very much enjoyed our time in Sage's roomy and modern apartment during Christmas break, overlooking Okanagan lake. Lovely walks to the beach and around the colour-lit neighborhood. We will look forward to going again, when we can.

Beautiful 2bdrm condo, well decorated and well appointed. Very comfortable and beautiful views over the lake. Two large furnished terraces make the living area expansive and open.

This is a great condo with wonderful views from the decks. Steps to the lake, short drive to the stores. Communication with host was super easy and the host was very responsive to our requests. Overall - a great stay, will be very happy to come back again.

We loved staying in McMinley landing - great location close to the airport and Kelowna and easy to do day trips from. Access to the marina at McKinley was also great. Sage was super responsive to all our queries and her condo is very nice with lots of room for our family of 4.

This place was a great spot for our family to enjoy the Kelowna wine country. Having a second deck off the master was amazing for my wife and myself once the daughter went to bed. The view of the lake from both decks are simply gorgeous. The unit was well stocked too with many little things you could think of for cooking. The host was also great to deal with! I would highly recommend this place. Next time our family is in Kelowna, we’ll be back.

Beautiful condo and a pleasure with rent from Sage. She was very responsive to all requests and communication. The neighbourhood was beautiful but it is a bit secluded - definitely need a car as the only amenities within walking distance are the pool (in the building) and beach.....but maybe that's a good thing!

This place was incredible, very modern and spacious. My wife and the girls fell in love with it. The communication with the owner was excellent. We enjoyed the walking trails and the beach was only a 5 mins walk. We have a little dog and she enjoyed the “dog” beach. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thanks Sage for a wonderful stay :)
