We loved everything about the accomodation.
It was near the beach, the shops and restaurants and also the bus stops were close so you could get around easily.
First of all, I want to say that the apartment had air conditioning and fans, which were used continuously as it was so hot! The accomodation was comfortable with two bedrooms. A nice big kitchen with washing machine, microwave, small freezer and coffee machine too. The owner had left us little goodies for our daily use. There is also a nice bathroom with a shower, but what impressed us too was the outdoor shower which we could use when coming back from the beach.
The most amazing thing about this apartment is the wonder terrace/patio area. At one end there were comfortable seating where you could sit and read or have a coffee. And the other end, nearest the kitchen patio doors, is a large table and chairs which seats 8 people comfortably. There is also a lovely garden with bushes and flowers and even a lemon tree that had lemons on! The owner made sure we were comfortable and was at hand to help if needed we needed anything. We absolutely loved it and will most certainly go again
Once thing that Sicily is known for are the mosquitos! You need to take lots of mosquito repellents!! We did so it wasn't too bad.
