Sarver Guesthouse is a unique winery property getaway located in the beautiful South Willamette Valley. The spacious and well-appointed home is perched atop the hill with endless views of the valley and mountains. Situated next to our tasting room, winery, and overlooking the vineyard we offer our guests a special opportunity to get to know the gang and perhaps, a bit about wine! The property location has plenty to offer. You may prefer to linger at the guesthouse during your stay, strolling the vineyard and orchards, roaming through the gardens, enjoying wine and charcuterie at the tasting room, and just taking in the country vibe and gorgeous views. If you want to explore the area, there is plenty to do! The Pacific Coast is a mere 50 minutes away, where you can explore beautiful beaches and quaint coastal villages. Eugene is a great town to wander around, filled with restaurants, parks, walking trails, museums, boutique theaters, distilleries, breweries, urban wineries, and unique stores. If you came to explore our Wine Valley, the guesthouse is situated on the wine trail with plenty of wineries to visit nearby. Wine tours are easily available, if you choose not to drive. The house itself should provide everything you need, including a bottle of our favorite Pinot Noir upon your arrival! There are two bedrooms (with two roll out single beds for extra guests, two bathrooms, a tv room, great room with a pellet stove, dining room, office, private sitting room, large well-appointed kitchen with a Nespresso machine, and a sprawling porch with a grill. Make yourself at home!

This is the perfect location for visiting Oregon wine country. Our trip started visiting the Redwood Forest area. Then we hiked in Crater Lake. We ended the vacation touring Willamette wineries. The home is adjacent to the Sarver Winery tasting room. Therefore it was an amazing locale to end each evening with a glass of Pinot Noir in the tasting room. We then finished the night watching the stars on the back patio of the house.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is steps away from the tasting room and all events. It was so enjoyable. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful. It overlooks the vineyard. The kitchen was well stocked for condiments, cookware, etc. A bottle of wine awaiting our arrival was a nice and appreciated gesture.

Overall the stay was perfect. With the tasting room right next door it was nice to stop in for an afternoon drink and snack. The view from the porch overlooking the vineyard was beautiful. The house has everything needed for your stay. Everyone was there to help in anyway needed and once the tasting room closed for the evening a quietness came over the place and you had the vineyard all to yourself to enjoy the view and energy of the place. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay!

Sarver guesthouse is nestled away in the beauty of Mother Nature, vineyards, rolling green hills in a variety of color, and a landscaped architecture that implants a permanent panoramic view of its beauty in your mind and heart. The house invites you with nature’s sounds and smells and embraces you with the comfort of a reading room, game room, or kitchen for cooking pleasure that recreates the hospitality of being home and safe. You can feel the love in your heart and soul, and the wine is but an exciting added pleasure to share in the experience with others of like mind. We will definitely be back regularly.

I cannot say enough amazing things about the Sarver Winery guest house. The photos don’t do it justice. The view from the deck is unparalleled. We enjoyed grilling steaks on their grill. The kitchen has everything you need. The tasting room became a 2nd home. (The wines are also exquisite. Amazing dry Pinots.) The winery staff is so friendly and welcoming. To be able to stroll with a glass of wine through the vineyards at dusk is so magical. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks Chris, Mike, and everyone at Sarver!!

The listing and its pictures do not do this cottage justice. It's a treat. Amazing location on the vineyard with an excellent view. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but not so remote you can't jump into town for dinner or whatever. And, right next door to the Winery's tasting room! Bonus!! You can sit on the deck right outside the back door and enjoy coffee in the morning as you watch the fog burn off, or at night with a glass of wine and watch the clouds roll in. The vineyard is right outside the door. So you can take a leisurely stroll around the vineyard. An incredibly relaxing atmosphere. We walked through the vineyard and saw, sheep, turkeys, hawks and other wild life.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. The guesthouse was amazing! Super clean, beautiful views and a great location. It is next door to the tasting room and the outdoor patio which is great for hopping over. We loved it but if you are looking for a more secluded experience this may be something you want to consider.

We stayed at Sarver Winery Guesthouse September 2022 and just loved it. It’s a large, beautiful, well stocked home with the winery’s tasting room right next door. Although next door the house remains pretty private but I loved the convenience of the winery right next door. Lots of space, perfect for our next cousins weekend trip!!

This beautiful and comfortable guest cottage was absolutely perfect for our eight day getaway with longtime friends. The cottage is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The setting overlooking the vineyard, farmlands, lake and hills is idyllic. We watched the sunrise each morning and enjoyed our wine from the deck each evening. The location in Eugene was perfect for our visits to wineries to the north, the stunning coast- just an hour west, and hiking, waterfalls, lava fields and rafting on the McKenzie River to the east. Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way. This spot is heaven!

This home was significantly more spectacular in real life than it was in the pictures. We were completely blown away. The place is so peaceful, comfortable, and breathtaking, we never wanted to head into town. Carly and crew are fabulous hosts, and made us feel very much at home on the winery. We hope to be back!
