The room was dirty, the towels were unclean, the housekeeping was unresponsive, the tv was not working, the room was so cold and damaged. We were hardly able to sleep in the cold. I really hate the property and won't recommend it to anyone

It was such a bad and worst day my spouse was said to me it will better if we can left this hotel ,

There was no responsible Manager. We saw sometime house keeping boy were at counter In space of Manager. This experience was worst Experience of our life.

In the Gallery area which were common approach to all rooms ,the house keeping boys were made too much noise and they left outside all dirty bedsheets, Other cleaning ,water, liquid soap etc.

This property has stolen the Name, reviews and rating of a previously existing Mavens Orange that was present right next door and has now shut down. I had booked this property thinking I will be staying at the Mavens Orange that I had previously stayed at, on 2 separate occasions (through booking.com) and whose property and services I had really liked. This fake property which is right next door to the old Mavens Orange is a huge disappointment and hoax. How has Booking.com not been able to catch this fake and allowed them to steal not just the name but also the over 500 reviews and 8.5 rating of the Original Mavens Orange. Specially when even the physical address and location of the hotel are different. I was put up in room 202 where the walls were stained, sheets were dirty, and the toilet was smelly. The included breakfast was not even served in the property. I was asked to walk to another Mavens Orange property nearby for breakfast. Where all we got was bread, butter, jam and tea. The other breakfast items we were told would be ready only after 0830 hrs, and since we had a flight to catch we could not wait that long. Hope booking.com takes action against these frauds and strips them of the fake ranting, reviews and name.

The location of the property and room size are good but service and cleanliness extreamly poor.

It's a Lil far from the metro. But is accessible by rickshaw or cabs.
