The front desk staffs are thoughtful.

Strongly recommended with service minded and super friendly staff. Good breakfast. Many cheap and affordable restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel location , staff is great.. Very helpfuI . Room size is small and my washbasin was bit leaky in second day .. Also I believe though the breakfast menu is elaborate and takes care of different individuals and their choices..taste wise it can be improved

It was way too small for the price paid. carpet was dirty. phone in the room was so dirty that one would not want to touch.

Staffs were good, food was good

Kind of living inside a box, no space to keep luggage or walking.. Linen was dirty with full of tiny hairs and bird feather, bed was extremely small. Waste of money

Nothing just the location is good only, nothing else.

Rooms are so small and no facilities are working not even the room phone, ac is also not working properly, water issues, no cupboard, so much delay in service, worst experience etc

Safety issues with this property, Pathetic Experience

Pathetic Experience. Take this hotel out from your list it's going to impact on your brand.

Very Bad experience with this property, staff is like a Robot, even Oyo is better then this holiday inn property. I checked in on 21st May and checked out on 22nd May yesterday only.The FO staff was very rude and housekeeping staff... I think they have not been trained, after informing the FO department about my checkout timings, the housekeeping guy was banging on my door like anything and he asked me for the checkout timings.It was quite embarassing for me well another incident I forgot my shoes in the room and for that I called the hotel and it's ridiculously that first 3 times they didn't even picked the call, then 4th time they picked it and the front office guy was least bother to help me out he mentioned that you take Promod's number he is in housekeeping department and he will help you out. I requested him and he straight away denied. Then I noted down Promod's number and requested Promod for my shoes and asked him to give me call back. I waited for 2hours and no response from him. Then I called him back and wonderingly he was super duper mannerless and he mentioned that I couldn't call you because I was so busy. He said he couldn't find the shoes, seems like he never searched for it. Because I remember where I kept my shoes and I am sure either it's there or somebody has already picked it from there. Again I requested him to check and asked him to give me a call back in an hour and it's been 3hours I haven't received any call neither from FO or that guy Promod. A big safety issue with this hotel. Please don't book this hotel, I know the charges are less of this property but people who stays here and there stuff is not safe here....

the room size is ok the bathroom are congested. it feels claustrophobic to get in them besides the housekeeping had to be called again and again to deliver the sanitaries and towels

Good for a night or two stay. Quick check in. Laundromat available. House keeping staff works Hard and does a good job.

Continues power outage. Front office staff needs training. Breakfast is average with no hot station. Room size is way too small for the price. Hotel is pretty much running on IHG brand. Rooms are way too small for this price. Wash basic sink is pretty much next to bed which is weird. No wardrobe.

very bad experience for the price they charge

nothing! even the elevator was not working properly

issues a lot of behavioral issues with the hotel staff on the front desk, elevator doesn’t read the key card and you are stuck. breakfast buffet is bad.
