The apartment has been freshly renovated and decorated in a modern way. It has everything you need (except maybe for a washing machine). The Wi-Fi and air conditioning work very well.
There are new, white towels and white furniture, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including brand-new pots and a frying pan. There is also a capsule coffee machine.
The hosts have also taken care of some thoughtful little extras, such as snacks, tea, water, coffee, sugar, etc. This was such a nice touch! We stayed in three different apartments in Italy during our trip, and this was the only place where we received such a warm welcome — definitely something worth highlighting!
The apartment is spotlessly clean!!! And especially clean by Italian standards — absolutely immaculate.

This is a basement apartment. I’m adding a photo taken from the window so that you can see what it looks like. It didn’t bother us at all — the window was covered most of the time, and we only needed the apartment for sleeping anyway. We spent the whole day out.
There are also external shutters, which provide an additional sense of security. You can hear the neighbour, but that didn’t bother us either.
One thing to keep in mind is that the tourist tax is paid locally and is not included in the rental price. In Milan, the tax is quite high: €9.50 per person per night. For two people staying two nights, this meant an additional €38.
This apartment is definitely suitable for **two people, and no more**.
The tourist tax is handled differently in different places in Italy. For example, in Como it was already included in the rental price.

The location is great, quiet calm neighborhood but also close to the metro and walking distance from the city center. The apartment was small but comfortable, the host was very communicative friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean upon arrival; extra points definitely go to the excellent housekeeping. The property has great potential, especially since it has been recently renovated. Unfortunately, however, these positive aspects were overshadowed by several major issues...
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The apartment was extremely hot, and the air conditioning units were not functioning properly, making it very uncomfortable.
The elevator was difficult to use because the key often would not turn correctly. Although the apartment appeared to have been recently renovated, the soundproofing was poor. Noise from neighboring apartments was clearly audible, and the surrounding area was quite noisy throughout the day and night.
Another major issue was the complete lack of internet service. There was no Wi-Fi available, and not even a backup router or hotspot was provided. As a result, the television could not connect to the internet, making it impossible to use many of its features.
Overall, the apartment did not provide the level of comfort and amenities that were advertised or expected. Considering the issues with the air conditioning, noise, internet access, and general convenience, I would not recommend this property.
