The location of the house was walking distance to the Alamodome and just a short drive to the River Walk. The back porch was a great place to hangout. It has a wood or charcoal BBQ and chiminea, pool table, ping pong table and fooseball table, wicker couch with foot rests, benches and chairs. The back porch was the perfect place to watch the New Year fireworks display. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay, it was a great home away from home.

Property was clean and spacious. Beds were comforable. Had all the amenities needed. Had inital trouble with plumbing but hosts were responsive and solved the problem quickly. Within walking distance of Alamodome. Further walk to downtown but doable. Hosts checked in with me half way thru stay. Good communication. Would consider staying again next year at same time of year.

Great location, about 15 minutes from one Bowlero and 5 minutes from the other Bowlero. Extremely close to historical market and river walk! Less expensive than getting 2 hotel rooms and each of us had our own bedroom.

Perfect location and size for my family of 4 from North Carolina. Sights of San Antonio were easily accessible. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner's responses to questions were super fast. We definitely recommend this stay!

We stayed here for our girls’ trip to San Antonio. The home was a nice size, all the furniture was super comfortable and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood didn’t seem too great but we were prepared for that based on the other reviews and, like the others, we didn’t have any issues at all. The check-in process was super easy and the owners were very accessible. The only down side was that the water pressure wasn’t very strong but the hot water did stay hot for a long time. With that being said, even that wasn’t an issue and we’d definitely stay there again if ever in San Antonio again. Go ahead and book the home…you won’t regret it!

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. Location was great, near the Alamo Dome (we walked to the stadium for the Alamo Bowl) and about a mile and a half from the River Walk. House was spacious with a neat outdoor entertainment area (pool, football, bbq, lights and seating). Would recommend.

Location is no more than 15 minutes to anything you want to do!! Downtown, River walk, Ft Sam Houston are all close. House has so much charm and amenities were perfect. Owners were absolutely wonderful to work with, and communication is amazing. Would highly recommend!

The house was very clean and well stocked. The owners were excellent and responsive. It was very close to downtown and local attractions. The weekend we stayed they had a marathon running directly through the neighborhood that caused us to have to wait 1 hour to get across the street to the house which was less than 1000 ft away (not the owners fault, city should rethink this marathon location). Overall, excellent home, loved our stay!

This property was in great location, close to everything. Hosts were great at communicating and good with checking in to make sure things were going well. We loved the many bedrooms and the fact that there were 2 bathrooms. It’s an older home with natural wear, but fit our accommodations well.

Everything we needed with enough space for all of us close enough to where we wanted to see... awesome communication with host. Stocked kitchen and use of washer and dryer nice lil set up in back but we didn't use to being in town all day..would highly recommend this home especially for the price beds were very comfortable tv in each room loved that...ty to the wonderful host....

We only stayed for two nights but really enjoyed the property! It was the perfect size for our family of five- our teenage kids were all able to have their own room. The house contained everything we needed and was super close to the Riverwalk and Alamo, two of the places we planned to visit! Thank you :)

Property had issues with termites and roaches. Have to get out of car go thru gate open lock bob open house get remote for gate open it. Then go inside. To much work. In a bad neighborhood house is broken up. Bed rooms are hot they have fans in them but air doesn’t work well. Had bugs. Rooms look bigger in pictures. Beds are hard and very hard to sleep on.

The house was fine. Expected a king size bed in the master but it was a queen. Host explained that it had recently been changed. Kids enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. Location was good for Alamo, Riverwalk and general downtown area sites. Very timely responses to all questions from the host.

Family members from different locations met here to celebrate the Graguation of a family member from the Airforce Basic Training. This house was perfect for our needs.. The host was very easy to work with and checked in on us to ensure everything was going well. 4 bedrooms with adult size beds in all of them. Covered game area outside was a hit. The fact that you can securely park 4 cars off the street is a plus. Would definitely use this host/house in the future if the need arises.

The neighborhood seems to be in a "revitalization mode", but there was definitely no issues at all with that. It was a great house, in close proximity to stores, plus a short drive, or uber in our case, to downtown. This will be our home away from home when in San Antonio. The owners were great and east to get in touch with when needed. Cant wait for another weekend back in San Antonio!
