This unit is a turnkey ready apartment, 500 square feet of living space plus a 120 sq. ft. lanai overlooking a beautiful recreational lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. This beautiful condo is fresh and clean and recently upgraded with a privacy wall that provides limited separation between the bedroom and the living room areas. It has a large wall mounted TV, hardwood style floors, and a fully equipped kitchen. A queen sized bed, one twin bed and a sleeper sofa. There is a split air conditioner with remote and ceiling fan. Large bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower (no tub) and a large closet. DIRECT OCEAN VIEW: There is a direct ocean view from the moment you first open the front door. You can watch the blue ocean and the surfers at the premier Ala Moana surfing area. Watch the boats coming and going to the marina and the ships going by. See people playing in the lagoon. If you have left something in the property and we are able to locate it, we will ship it back to you for $35 service fee, plus shipping costs.
