This is a beautifully furnished 2br 2ba condominium located in the Viera building, with a balcony overlooking the Montelago Village. This easy-access condo offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The large patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the Montelago Village and prestigious Lake Las Vegas community. The full size kitchen has a full stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, blender, cooking ware, glasses, silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as hand and body towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen HD TVs are included in living room and both bedrooms. Facility also offers a fully stocked fitness room, coin laundromat, free covered parking, large swimming pools and hot tub that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the Lake Las Vegas Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. The grocery store next door (Seasons Grocery) also offers the opportunity to fully stock up on food and save money! Many miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. Located in the heart of the village, this condo is quiet but is where the action is! Beautiful location with a great condo. We had very minor issues that were corrected immediately. Managers are readily available and communicate quickly. Unit was very clean and had everything We needed. I would rent this unit again.

This condo completely satisfied our needs for a 3-week stay. Communications with managers was excellent. Unit was clean and was set up very well. We have stayed in LLV in the past and will look to continue to do so.
