Situated in Osage Beach, this attractive condo for $160 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy our walk-in/parking lot level condo with a spectacular, panoramic view of the main channel. The condo has 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps 6 comfortably. There is a waterfront view from the spacious deck and master bedroom. The deck has fans and is shaded during the day providing a very comfortable area to sit, relax, and enjoy the view. There is a full size washer and dryer, with detergent if needed. Full WiFi access is available and can also be utilized with the new Smart TV in the living room and Master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, cutting board, etc. Covered deck contains 2 patio tables, ceiling fans, and large propane grill. The condo is NON-SMOKING. Check-In 4:00 PM, Check-Out 10:30 AM unless otherwise arranged. We have a 10x30 ft boat slip that is available to rent upon request for $25 per night. The complex offers a sandy beach area to swim, 2 pools, fishing off the docks, and a playground for the kids. We have also supplied several water toys and flotation devices for your family to use. The condo has a Guest Binder that provides information about things to do in the area as well as information about the condo and for emergencies. The Ledges is located at the 21 mile marker and right in the heart of Osage Beach. The complex is easy to drive to and is paved the entire way. The Outlet Mall, Big Surf Waterpark, miniature golf, go-cart tracks, restaurants are minutes from the condo. There are also several state parks close by with beautiful views, trails, and other attractions. Boat and PWC rentals nearby at Aqua Toys and boat launches also close at the State Park or Surdyke. Our goal is for renters to enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks as much as we have for over 35 years. Our family has rented places on the lake for decades so we strive to offer you a place you feel you could enjoy for years.

Beautiful location overlooking Lake of the Ozarks. Very clean and everything worked properly. Enjoyed our stay especially sitting on the patio watching the boats cruise by. The only negative was workers renovating the neighboring condos started at 6:30 AM, which is out of the owner's control. One checkout item was slightly confusing. We needed to load the dishwasher and clean the dishes; however, we needed to turn off the hot water heater and water, which prevents the dishwasher from cleaning the dishes.

My family and I spent 2 weeks at this condo, and everything was wonderful. We had our 3 adult daughters with, and they also loved the condo. The twins fished off the dock several times while we were there. The is also a place that rents pontoon boats we used 3 times during our stay. When we go to Lake of the Ozarks again, we definitely use Brian again

The unit was excellent for our need. With an 18 month old with us, it was great not to have to climb stairs, close enough to the beach and very well supplied with all we needed for the week.

This was a perfect little getaway for me and my daughter. The condo was clean, the kitchen well stocked, and provided plenty of space for our needs. The view from the deck is fabulous and I could spend the entire day out there!

Our family of three took a short trip to the lake to enjoy the changing colors of the October trees. The condo had everything you'd need. Great view right on the main channel. My only complaint was the bed in the master was very hard and uncomfortable. It did not deter us from having a peaceful time. Owner was very responsive and friendly when we had a question about using the T.V. Would love to come back.

Excellent lake view, large balcony, location, and comfort of this unit brought us back for the third year in a row. Host is quick to respond and easy to work with. Kitchen has everything you need along with quality bedding and towels make this a winner! Hope to be back next year.

Love the location for sure, the place is nicely decorated, the view is wonderful. We came down from the north to drive around mustang in the hills. The only thing I could add to the condo would be condiments ( ketchup mustard etc), flour, sugar, salt and pepper. They have a great kitchen but did cook as much as we would of liked. Thanks for a great vacation.

The location is amazing. The views from the deck are beautiful. If you have anyone with mobility issues, this location is perfect. The walkway is at parking level and there are no steps. It was very quiet. We used the pool every day. We found the unit to have everything we needed and was clean and well kept.

Great condo with most of what we needed. The place was clean and provided all the basics and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our stay. I would suggest that there be more toilet paper in the condo. There was one full roll in each of the two bathrooms- but we ran out in the common bathroom and had to borrow from the master bathroom. The other suggestion would be to add an extra blanket for the bed in each room. With 3 couples, you do have some folks who want it cooler and it would be nice to have for the folks used to a warmer house. Over all, great place to stay and would recommend!

The condo was clean and nice . Easy check in and check out . But unfortunately the pools were so dirty , we had to go other locations to swim . The beach is small. The trash dumpers has no fence and were over flowing everyday . So unfortunately not some where we wanted to hang out .

Beautiful, clean condo. Comfortable beds and couches. Large , shaded deck with ample seating. Kitchen was fully furnished, so we ate most meals on the deck overlooking the lake. Washer, dryer, and grill in great condition. Great location. We will be back!
