There are two access points to the dock, taking the stairs, or breezeway to the elevator. Take a walk out onto the covered docks to enjoy the view even more, to catch your own fish, or to dream up your own "fish story." You are only 15 minutes to shopping, golf, bowling, theaters, and arcades in Osage Beach. The property is clean and well maintained, quiet and pet friendly. The condo is beautiful and well stocked with all the necessities for cooking and a comfortable stay. The view from the porch is awesome! The location is fantastic for water skiing and fishing! The only down side is no on site swimming from shore or docks but the pool area is very nice and very clean and the area is great for swimming from our boat since there is less traffic on this area of the lake. If you are bringing watercraft, be sure to arrange dock slip/parking space with the condo owner well in advance since there is no dock parking available through the on site association manager and the trailer parking is limited and should also be pre-arranged.

This property is a hidden gem nestled within the state park. We hiked a new trail every single day and saw lots of wildlife. The condo itself had everything our family needed for our stay and is well maintained. We took full advantage of the screened room whether eating meals, watching the sun rise, or a storm roll in. The views are beautiful. Our kids loved fishing off the dock. We only had a couple of questions during our stay and Jason’s response was always timely. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely amazing condo and was surprised by how spacious it was. My opinion is that they are on the best part of the lake where it’s super calm but your close to restaurants and bars by water and land! Would love to stay again!

We had a very nice stay and spent a lot of time on the back deck. Also, the property is located minutes to hiking the state park. Very comfortable place with a comfortable bed. Thanks for having us. The décor is also very nice.

Our group of four stayed at the condo as part of a weekend of hiking and kayaking in nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park. The host was great, with early (almost a week before) check-in info, an offer of early check-in, and grace when notified of a broken drink glass as we departed. The property was just what we needed - spacious, clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and well-maintained. We enjoyed our time inside and out (on the screened-in porch, at the dock below, and at the neighborhood pool) and the location was well-suited for our mission. A smooth and seamless process and a great place to land if visiting the area.

We have stayed at Park Place before and love the location. Driving thru the Ozark State Park is a great lead up to this quiet and serene property. This particular condo provides comfort and has all the amenities. We had some problems with the TV service but had prompt communication with the owner getting the issue resolved. The space was just right and the view magnificent. We plan to definitely make many return visits.

The condo was extremely clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The layout was excellent with 1 nice sized bedroom in the back of the condo and very nice master bedroom in the front with a private bathroom, view of the lake and private door to the covered, screened in deck. The bathrooms were very nice. The one in the master bedroom was very private and clean. They have super soft towels in both bathrooms! The main bathroom was off the dining area and easily accessible from there, the 2nd bedroom, and living area. The beds were very comfortable and I fell in love with the pillows. I bought some for myself!The sofa, loveseat and recliner were all very new, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was just the right size and everything we needed.The sliding door out to the deck was great! We left it open when it was warm outside for fresh air.The deck and view of the lake was heavenly. It was cold and rainy several days during our stay, but we sat out there anyway with our coats on. Didn't want to stay inside! (a space heater out there would have been perfect!)We had a very relaxing time and didn't want to go home!We hope to come back soon!
