Nestled close to the Snowbird ski lifts, these ski-in/ski-out vacation condos offer guests the best access to the slopes of Snowbird, a free shuttle ride and ski in access from Alta for advanced skiers, and a luxury retreat for an Alta-Snowbird vacation. The View #11 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom Snowbird ski condo with jaw dropping mountain views taking center stage from every angle. Imagine waking up to a perfect Utah snowstorm, skiing all day and then coming home to all of the great guest amenities and comforts needed for a family or friends vacation, and gorgeous alpine views. The great room features a large comfy sleeper sofa, fireplace and TV for relaxation, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, and full height windows with long range mountain views down the Little Cottonwood Canyon. The guest suite in this luxury one bedroom View condo boasts the same luxury comforts and unbeatable views of the Wasatch peaks and canyons. Other vacation amenities at The View #11 include fast fiber internet, a ski locker, and an in-unit washer/dryer for guest convenience. The View #11 Accommodation: 1 Bedrooms – 2 Bathrooms Bedroom #1-Queen Living Room-Queen Sofa-bed Maximum Occupancy: 4 Ski Area Information WINTER: Ski in Ski Out to Snowbird (conditions permitting). Alta is a short shuttle away. SUMMER: Easy access to hiking and biking. ALTA SHUTTLE: Alta Resort Shuttle runs mid-December to early April. Call our office for specific dates. PARKING: There is outdoor, uncovered parking for one vehicle per rental unit. Oversize vehicles must be parked off-site. NEARBY PROPERTIES: Palace de Pow, Village at Sugarplum #6 or Superior Point #2F. The View Condominiums are ski in/ski out to Snowbird - arguably the best ski in/ski out there is to Snowbird. You don't need to be an expert skier but, you do need to be an intermediate skier to be able to take advantage of this access. So, how do you ski to Snowbird? The View is located at the very end of Blackjack Road. The trail to Snowbird starts at the end of this road and is called the Condo Bypass on the Snowbird trail map. The Condo Bypass is a short run that joins up with the bottom of Whodunnit. From there it is a short distance to Peruvian Express, The Snowbird Center and Tram or you can make your way over to the Wilbere Lift or the Gad Valley (Gadzoom and Midgad Lifts). So...basically, you walk out the door to The View, take a right and put on your skis. To ski back to The View you can take either the Peruvian Express or Tram and then follow the signs for the "Fun Run" or Chips – this is marked with blue trail markers. Follow this down to Whodunnit – this will initially be a cat track. You want to stay on the cat track when Whodunnit turns downhill and you will be back at your starting point. And how do you get to Alta? The Alta Resort Shuttle has a pick up spot right outside the door to the View Condominiums. This shuttle makes a continuous loop of the Bypass Road during daytime hours. The shuttle runs continuously during the day. It will typically take just a few minutes to get up to the Collins or Sunnyside base areas at Alta. After skiing, you can utilize this same shuttle to bring you back to the property or you can ski home from Alta via an off-piste advanced run. The Alta Resort Shuttle runs between mid December to early April only. Special Notes: As with any of the runs at Alta and Snowbird, access is based on the current conditions. When looking at a Snowbird trail map, Whodunnit is in the lower left corner.

Nice one bedroom unit. Location was fun (ski-in, ski-out to Snowbird, short drive to Alta). Large for a one bedroom. But would have been nice to have a king bed instead of just a queen (the bedroom was plenty big enough for a king).

Excellent location for Skiing Snowbird! The one bedroom two bath unit was just right for my son and I on our weeklong stay. He used the pull out couch and I got the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The one thing I could not find was trivets for placing hot dishes on on the table. Laundry machines in the unit were great to have. The ski-in/ski-out was perfect -- a nice little warm up heading down for first tram in the morning and easy to get back at the end of the day. While the pictures of the unit might look a bit dated, the unit is really very nice, clean and comfortable. Making arrangements for the trip was very easy, Lauralee helped arrange the transportation with Alpine transportation (Excellent) and ideas for stocking the kitchen. Highly recommended!

Nice little place with a great location. Ski Snowbird from front door or take the super convenient and responsive shuttle directly to lift at Alta in 5 minutes. Friendly community, responsive management and fun 80's styled home!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great location! Ski out ski in. Having our coffee in the morning while watching the brave skiers coming down the chutes across the canyon was entertaining! Beautiful sunsets seen through our top to bottom windows was amazing.
