UNITED WE SAND is a newer construction upscale beach cottage located on the Beach road with a direct Gulf View and a 3 minute walk to the beach in the heart of Gulf Shores. Everything is within walking distance-leave the car parked while you vacation with us. Parking for 2 vehicles. Both the inside and outside are comfortable, bright, open and cheery with a coastal vibe throughout. You can be assured with the open floor plan that all your guest can visit together comfortably.

About our Home:
The professionally decorated inside has been afforded with every convenience and amenity to make your vacation memorable. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances and granite counters and large island with seating for 4. The dining area has a large picture window and seating for 4 more. The kitchen is a cook's dream. We pride ourselves on "equipped not stripped" meaning everything you would possibly need is already here. Completely stocked with everything down to bar utensils. The open floor plan is spacious and allows for easy entertaining. The living area has a comfy sofa that makes into a queen bed and 2 easy chairs for watching the flat screen TV. The full bathroom is convenient to the living and kitchen area-no need to run upstairs!

Once you step outside through the sliding doors onto the spacious deck you can relax and enjoy the Gulf View one way or the pool the other. Perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine or have your meal at the built in snack bar. There are 2 comfortable chairs and a lamp for evening reading! Enough seating for 6 outside.

When you head to the beach be sure to grab the beach cart in the storage closet and fill it with chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. No need to rent chairs or umbrella as all is provided with this home! After your day at the beach or relaxing by the pool you can shower the kiddies off with the convenient outside shower.

The second floor contains two master suites. One with a California King, 2 reading chairs and a love seat. Both bedroom's are equipped with oversize beach towels-no need to bring from home! The bathrooms have luxurious spa towels and linens for your comfort. The second master suite has a queen bed and two reading chairs and also includes spa towels and linens.

One of the great thing's about United We Sand is the location! It is walking distance to The Hangout, Sea and Suds, Picnic, The Diner, and the tourist shops. There is also a fresh market a couple doors down all within walking distance.

We are dog friendly up to 25 lbs (others with review) with the exception of the following breeds: Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier or Pitbull Mix of any kind, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier or any canine regardless of breed that has ever been aggressive, attacked, biten, or caused bodily injury. This is Alabama insurance law and regulations strictly prohibiting this.
