This house was nasty. Don't reserve it until the owner/manager has it deep cleaned. There weren't even any fireplace tools for the wood burning fireplace. The manager was informed, did nothing about it.

This house was perfect for our stay in Lexington for the National Horse Show. We had plenty of room and a place to relax, cook, sleep, and do laundry. The backyard and patio were delightful! We appreciated that there were ample supplies of towels and linens. The owner had well stocked the toilet paper and paper towel so we didn't need to replenish during our two-week stay. The kitchen is well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking at home during the stay. The kids LOVED sharing the room with bunk beds. They had games and cards available for us to use. There was plenty of table space for meals with the kitchen table and the dining room table. The neighborhood was darling! The home is located at a bus stop area for one school and so in the morning when we needed to leave for the horse show, we had to navigate a little bit of traffic. Nothing major - just had to be extra cautious. The only challenges that we encountered were that the code given to us for the door was wrong and we had to wait for Brandon to respond to a text. And then the trash pick-up day was the 2nd day we were there. Since we hadn't really cooked yet, we didn't take it out to the curb. Later in the week when we did need to empty the trash to the bin outside, we discovered that it was overflowing. There was no space to put the bag. It would have been nice to arrive at the home with room to add some trash during the week and not have to take an overflowing bin to the curb with someone else's trash.

We stayed here on night (we were going to a concert at Rupp Arena) and it was perfect! Very homey, clean and great patio out back. The fall colors and leaves on the ground were amazing!

Great property. Set up well for a big family. Clean. Everything you could need is provided and well labeled. Nice neighborhood, deck, fenced in yard. Can bring a dog. Very responsive local owner. Super easy check in and check out.

The house was just as described and actually larger than I expected! The neighborhood was great and we could relax and enjoy our stay! The host was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

My family and I stayed here twice within the same week as a layover to and from our final vacation destination. It was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and it worked really great for us. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

We stayed a week in this lovely house that was conveniently located by the Kentucky Horse Park. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and as shown in the listing. Brandon was a responsive host (we had a coffee maker issue). We’ll try to stay here next time. Great all around!!

This is our second visit and it was great! The property owner came over right away to help fix a problem that occurred later (after 9pm). Nice property, wonderful customer service. We’ll be back next time we visit our Kentucky family!

The space, size, and amenities were great! The interior of the property was not very clean when we arrived. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in 3 months. Then the tub drained very slowly for the start of our stay and it was completely clogged by the end of the week. Some of the lights did not work. Again, this is a very nice place, just lacked care.

This house was perfect for our family & cat while driving cross-country for our move to Colorado. It was super clean, well-stocked, and the back deck was a very nice place to sit and unwind after being in the car all day. We liked that the main bedroom was on the opposite side from the kids. The curtains kept the light out very well. Felt very safe, family neighborhood.

Neighborhood and house were both VERY nice but the cleaning was lacking. Floors were dirty, beds were dusty, the cup holders on the couch were gross, bathtub was dirty/ dusty. Mostly seemed like it just hadn't been used or had the regular day to day cleaning tasks done for a while. Overall, it was nice and we would absolutely stay again, it just needs a deep clean!

We came for one night with six kids and I'm pregnant with another😂 Even my pregnant nose was so pleased that the house smelled sweet and was clean and comfortable. A great quiet family neighborhood, and a very accommodating floorplan with plenty of beds and seating. Back deck was great with plenty of furniture. I wished it was warmer. So happy with the house and would love to stay again.

We rented the house for the weekend of the Land Rover Kentucky 3 day Event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The location was perfect. Less than 10 minutes from the Horse park. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was close to grocery store and gas station.

We have been traveling with our 17 yo daughter and 2 of her friends for spring break. This house allowed us a central location to the activities and a great place to wind down at the end of the day. The girls had their space and it was easy to find.
