The apartment was very clean, very comfortable and wonderful view of the river

The hosts were very responsive to all our queries
The dark hallway to access the flat which was on the 4th floor. The lights were not working. The host explained this area was managed by a building management company and has been a persistent problem

The property itself was lovely, loads of space and had everything we needed.
We had issues with the cleanliness of the property, we found pills around the apartment and some pants in one of the wardrobes. Some of the fabrics smelt and it had an overall tired feel. The staff we contacted were excellent, very communicative and wanted to rectify the issue. The direct vicinity of the apartment isn’t great but it is only a very short walk over the river where it is much nicer.
