About this house rental
Spacious multi families house. This unit(2nd floor) feature double decks with ocean & bay view, has 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. Per township guidelines: Primary guest executing the rental agreement between April 15th and June 30th shall be at least 21 years old and shall occupy the property during the stay. Occupants under 18 shall be immediate family members or under guardianship of the primary occupant or another occupant that is 21 years of age or older. Must submit a copy driver license(you can grey out license#)/birth certificate for each guest & fill out a form ( from the township) anyone under 21. Additional Sleeping: - Full-sized Sleeper Sofa in the living room can accommodate additional guest Please bring your own towels. The house will provide pillows, sheets & blankets. Please be sure to read over terms & conditions and make sure that everyone in your party is aware of the rules and rental agreement. FYI, No monthly rental during PEAK-Season(May-September)! Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount(including security deposit).

Excellent vacation
House was perfect for all 8 of us. Kids loved having their own bathrooms! The upper deck had an amazing view. Location was perfect for walking to the boardwalk as well as dinner.

Pro's:
1. Responsive, friendly hosts who meet you at check-in and check-out. Host was flexible and gave us a late checkout on our final day
2. Location is great: only a block and a half to the beach and boardwalk. Area is quiet at night, though less so on the weekends due to the college kids who come into town to party (not the host's fault, of course)
3. Spacious house with plenty of updated bathrooms and a large, new kitchen. Cooking knives were sharp and there were enough plates and silverware.
4. Updated appliances in the kitchen and a washer/dryer in the house
5. The listing promised a grill that was not there, but the host immediately went out and purchased one for us to use when we let her know that we had planned to use it
6. Parking for three cars under the house
7. Lots of comfortable, easy-to-carry beach chairs provided
8. Beach badges included!
Con's:
1. The house trembles and sways in an unsettling manner. It is built on stilts, and while the owner assured us it was structurally sound, we had serious doubts about that
2. There is no central A/C. There are A/C units sprinkled throughout the home, which did the trick for the most part, but a few rooms did not have their own A/C units and only had ceiling fans instead
3. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable and hard. Strangely, no top sheets are provided - only the bottom sheet and a comforter per bed. Pillows are thin and flat, so I recommend bringing your own
3. You will hear the guests in the unit below. That unit was rented to groups of college kids during our stay, and the music and even the sound of their footsteps carried quite a bit
4. A pair of iPods belonging to one of the guests disappeared on the final day after the cleaning crew arrived, putting a damper on the end of the trip
