About this house rental
Nestled in San Gabriel, this lovely house for $142 per night is a great option for your next trip. Modern, clean, centrally located stand alone home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 bathroom on it’s own private lot in San Gabriel. Home has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking and having a nice meal at home. Home is stocked with linens, towels and shampoo. There is a large front yard enclosed for added privacy. There is also a side patio area and large backyard for our guests to enjoy some outdoor time. This is a 1,100 square foot single home nested within a friendly and safe residential neighborhood in the heart of San Gabriel. Only a 5-10 minute short walk to supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, banks, restaurants and many other local businesses. A perfect place to stay with close proximity to everything you need! The nightly price is based upon up to 2 people. After that, an extra $20 per person, per night is automatically added to the price you see during booking. Please note the house can accommodate a maximum 4 people total. Please ensure you agree to our house rules of no smoking inside of house, no parties and no additional guests before booking. We also don’t allow hosting of events and film productions. Violation of our house rules will automatically forfeit your full deposit. My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks during 2023 Christmas holidays while visiting family. MnC's property was a perfect fit for us, and provided a great alternative to staying at a hotel in the San Gabriel Valley. Michael was amazingly responsive in answering any questions that we had during our stay. And we really appreciate the extra charm that MnC added during our stay with holiday decorations that complimented the already charming atmosphere of the house. Well done !

My 70 year old mother and my 17 year old daughter and myself booked this property in order to be close to the Pasadena Rose Parade area as well as its proximity to the greater LA area. The property was exactly as described minus the ambiance and coziness that cannot be put into words. Michael was excellent at communicating with me and extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. I highly recommend this property and owners and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

This rental is perfect. It is super clean. It is spacious. It has a back yard. It is in a nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. Communication with the rental managers is very smooth and they are friendly. I recommend this place.

My husband and I went to San Gabriel to visit our 1 month and 2 1/2 yr. granddaughters. We found these accommodations perfect for us. The place was clean and had all the amenities to cook our meals and the atmosphere to eat outside under a roof providing shade. The large back yard gave the feeling of being in a home. The host, Michael, was very friendly and informative. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here on our next trip back to see our family.

The house was just as we expected. The only odd thing I could say about the house is the living room lights turned on all by them self, it freaked us out at first but then we got used to it.

Parfaite maison dans le quartier asiatique
L’hôte a été parfait en répondant à tous nos besoins. La maison propre et avec tout ce qu’il faut. Les matelas un peu mou pour nous. Bien située pour les autoroutes et pour visiter autour. J’aurais aimé avoir un ensemble de patio plus confortable pour pouvoir m’asseoir ou m’étendre pour profiter du soleil de mars. Nous avons loué 2 semaines et quelquefois on a besoin de se reposer. L’ensemble de patio extérieur est présentement un peu sale et ce n’est pas intéressant de l’utiliser.

I stayed at this property for a full week and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as advertised and Michael was extremely helpful and responded very quickly when I had questions during my stay. Great Place; Great Location
MnC's home is exactly as advertised. I think it was 30 minutes from pretty much everywhere we went, which included a number of trips into LA and Pasadena. I'm sure if I were to plug in some other spots the GPS would tell me the drive is 30 minutes. We were also within walking distance of a good donut place (KC Donuts) and bubble tea place (Sunright Tea Studio). The house itself was very comfortable and clean. We had all we needed in terms of pots and pans to prepare meals at the house (a nice local supermarket, Howie's, is just up San Gabriel Ave, as is a Trader Joes). The beds were nice, plenty of towels and linens, etc. Michael was super responsive to our questions. Bottom line, the house made our great stay, even better. If we were to go back to LA, we'd most certainly see if this house were available. Thanks Michael and Cindy!

I have rented several properties from VRBO but this rental hands down had the best appointed kitchen we have ever stayed in. We cook all of our meals and it had every pot, pan, dish, coffee mugs, glasses and silverware we needed. The house was clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was located close to several attractions (Santa Anita Raceway, Huntington Gardens) and close to shopping. The backyard was a nice surprise oasis where we had company on a breezy afternoon. I would stay here again when in the area.

This property was perfect for us. All the living spaces were well put together. There was a backyard with a dove's nest that we enjoyed when we were out. The property manager was very attentive since we did have problems managing the door code several times, which is why it was not 5 stars across the board. Overall a nice, clean, location with driveway parking that worked for us.
One thing to note was we did leave a butter dish on the counter overnight and the next day it was covered with ants. If you are from the area you know people say all of So. Cal was built on an ant hill. So put your groceries in the fridge or you may have extra visitors!
