This spacious home has everything you need to feel "at home!" Work from home with fast WiFi and plenty of room for the kids to run around inside and out. Enjoy dinner on the deck. And you are steps away from one of the most beautiful parks in Columbus: Lake Bottom Park. Pets welcome! Fully furnished and expertly managed to accommodate your trip! The Space: This beautifully maintained house has all the charm of a 1920s mansion, new paint, fixtures, flooring, and furniture will keep you comfortable and cool. This house is large enough to accommodate 18 people with 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. As you enter, you will pull into a private and gated back yard. The back door leads into a spacious pantry and barn door decorated laundry room, fully functioning for all your trip's needs. This then leads into the renovated sleek, and fully stocked kitchen and eat in dinning nook. The dining room, large enough for 8 people to sit at opens into the huge living room complete with shiplap , cute and trendy decor that also doubles as a space for two people to sleep on the futons that transform from sofas into twin/full beds. The living room leads into a sunroom (additional 2x futons), an office/library/game room, the master bedroom (1 king bed with memory foam), the largest 1st floor bedroom with 2 double beds, and one more bedroom with a queen bed. There are also two bathrooms with two showers and one tub. Upstairs we have three more bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, 2 twins) and two more bathrooms with two showers and one tub. There is also a huge deck, perfect for your family gatherings Guest Access: The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: Located in a lovely established, residential neighborhood. Less than one mile to everything you need including grocery, restaurants, shopping and Lakebottom Park! Getting Around: This house is easily found on all GPS devices Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

Beautiful property and location, but poorly maintained, well used but not at all clean, by any standards. In contrast, communication with host was excellent and when we had problems with check-in code, we were able to reach someone on the phone for immediate assistance.

12 of us, fit comfortably for the weekend being down in Georgia for my sons graduation from fort benning, and this house was perfect for our family. The whole process was so easy.

That had not been changed they were filthy add hair and dirt on the sheets on the pillowcases the whole house around the baseboards were thick with dirt and mold on the doors when we called the owner they said that they would give us $200 back on cleaning fee and they dropped off sheets for us to make her own bags and some cleaning stuff for us to clean the house when I ask why we had to make her own beds and all that they said that they want the person who is supposed to be cleaning dropped off the new sheets and didn’t make the beds wanted us to make them so we knew that they were clean sheets customer service was rude when we asked for a different place to stay we stayed for four nights and it was pretty horrible the house was beautiful it just was not cleaned

The property was mostly clean - especially the bedding - but there were several corners with dust piles and surfaces that were missed in cleaning. Overall it was a very comfortable space, but the addition of some pots and pans and other basics to the kitchen, as well as some attention to detail, could go along way.

Nice time with family
We spent a really nice weekend with family around an army graduation. Only issues were trash not picked up from previous tenants so we had a hard time finding places to put ours, and not enough silverware for everyone.
Comfortable beds, spacious house to relax, a wonderful kitchen for cooking!

Enjoyed Our Stay
Property was well maintained with a few minor inconveniences (2 kitchen chairs were missing bolts upon arrival, driveway is a little narrow to navigate, and the previous occupants left a full trash bin at the curb that was never collected). Stove needed repair which was done immediately the following day. The property layout was great and accommodated my entire family. Neighborhood is great, would stay again.

If you realize that this property is not an “owner-listed” property but a vacant home that is a managed property it may help you lower your expectations to the reality of what you will find.
We were attending a family event and arrived with correct number of beds, but not enough sheets to go with all the beds. There were not enough towels in the home (we would expect at least 1 per bed) and to make matters worse, the washer was not working so we couldn’t even do the laundry to get everyone a clean towel to use. The home is not well stocked - there was not even a “starter kit” that included dishwasher detergent or dish soap, so we had to run out and buy our own along with trash bags and other basic items that should be, at least minimally, provided.
We requested a repair that never came for the washing machine. When we asked for a discount, we were only offered about a $60 refund on a nearly $1,000 stay and that refund was never even processed either.
The house has some structural charm and the age of the home has potential character to make this an enjoyable stay, but the fact that the home is not being lived in (leaving it less than sufficiently stocked) and the mismanagement of the property leaves us wishing we would have chosen a different property in the same part of town.

We wish we could have gotten in earlier due to having little ones that needed to nap, but the park across the street worked to soothe little ones. We were in town for son’s Airborne graduation. This house was in perfect location. Plenty of room and comfortable. I really love an older home and this one had plenty of charm. If you are in town, I highly recommend visiting the Infantry Museum at Fort Benning. Hopefully we can stay here again when our next son comes through. Thank you for sharing your home!

The house was very clean and has enough room for everyone to stay. Really enjoyed my time with the family and friends. The rooms downstairs and upstairs are spacious and neighborhood it’s really nice as the park it’s just steps away from a nice morning walk and seeing the beautiful color of the trees change. The house had plenty of nice towels and the essentials. Definitely would stay again as this was a great VRBO property in Columbus, GA. Minutes away from downtown Riverside walks and breweries.

Thanksgiving family gathering
We had such a great time as a family. It was wonderful having so many bedrooms as we used 5 of the 6, and so convenient to have so many bathrooms. The location made it easy to get to all the places we needed. Our few suggestion is for the size of the home (and use eating 3 meals a day there most days) that the kitchen could be a little better stocked for misc utensils, wine glasses, dishwasher soap. Also, the kitchen chairs need some updating - to seat 10 for Thanksgiving (feed service men who couldn’t go home) we had to use patio chairs - was thankful for them being there.
Three adults worked a couple days from the home and we didn’t have any WiFi issues :)
Thank you making this home available to us, so that we could make our family time together special.

Great set up for mult families!
We stayed here Dec 2021 in order to attend my son’s graduation at Fort Benning.
The layout and space with two rooms sharing bathrooms both up and downstairs plus other bedrooms having a dedicated bathroom was perfect for our group of 8 comprised of three families.
Plenty of space for kids to play and nothing breakable or for them to get into. (Lots of plugs so you may need outlet covers if you have infant/toddlers like us. )
Grill and can opener don’t work- we wound up baking dinner instead of grilling and having to toss a can of green beans as a result. No big deal.
We felt the space and location were great- beds comfortable but cleanliness especially of the floors / glass could be improved.
Joe was immediately responsive any time we needed something. Thank you!

Great home - nice neighborhood - Conveniently located
This is a nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located to downtown. The driveway is very narrow and a little steep but not bad once you get a little used to it. :) We did have problems connecting to the WIFI and the TV wouldn't work as it seems to only go through Roku - plus only one remote has batteries. This was not a huge issue as we were busy enough that the lack of TV didn't bother our group.
All in all a very enjoyable trip and we were all very happy with the house and the location.
