Live buffet for bed bugs

I liked the housekeepers and the female staff, all very friendly and welcoming.

I found bedbugs and was forced to stay in the room with no change. We were told everything under the sun to insinuate that we brought them which is NOT the case. I hadn't had an issue before staying here, staff was on it. So was head reception. Manager / Owner of hotel does not know how to talk to guest. Screamed at certain staff and guest. Has no customer service or social skills .

HORRIBLE STAY

The bed was comfortable, and the young lady that was off but cleaned our room, which should have been cleaned already.

Checked in after 10 pm. You would have thought our room would have been ready, NOT. Then, inside the room, no trash can the sink didn't drain. I guess housekeeping took the day off because as we sat in the hallway waiting for our room to be cleaned, we dropped fries on the floor, not intentionally, but they were still there when we checked out. Horrible place to stay but friendly people.

It was a good place for a quick stop to get a nice rest out of the heat, and in my case the thunderstorm. I only regret

It was spacious, and I had parking right next to my room. The windows were large and I had a city view. I also liked the available iron and ironing board and the hairdryer.

My room was obviously under renovation. It didn’t have a waste paper basket or an ice bucket, but that’s OK. I did have a fridge. I was a little perturbed about the coffee machine. It had moldy water in it. I would’ve like to have an extra chair too.

Cozy stay

My stay was cozy! Clean spacious home like room! Courteous staff members. Fresh linen daily. The location is in a convenient place surrounded by shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom is really tight. Sometimes we had to make several request for room service.

for a overnight sleep it’s decent, for multi day stay no.

location was great for what I was doing. price was okay not worth quality… I will give the staff props on the fact I didn’t get in till super late, and they stil honored my check in and got me a room

dirty floors, only one light work in my room and half of fhe bathroom lights didn’t work. No hot water, no WiFi, no breakfast like advertised… not even hot coffee, took for ever to get ahold of staff, toilet barely worked, faucets were falling apart, showers werent clean. yes price was cheaper than others, but I’ve paid lot less for better quality

The staff were very friendly and honored all of my requests. The room was nice in size but could use a little updating. The bed was comfortable. The location was good.

Everything was good except for the roaches behind the mini refrigerator. Didn't see any roaches other than there. Wouldn't have even known they were there if one hadn't crawled up on the wall. When I tried to kill it, it fell behind the refrigerator and that's when I saw a bunch more.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Liked being close to restaurants.

Rooms could use some upgrades - New lamp shades, carpet, coffee maker. The room did have a slight stale smell.

The lady at the front desk was nice. I told her about the room and she sent a man to vacuum it but he did a very bad job it looked like he didn't even do it and then when I went up to her and the molded shower curtain I was little mad so I had a attitude and I didn't mean to make her cry I hugged her bc she said her and that other guy was the only ones working and doing the construction/painting for the hotel I felt so bad for her I know what's it like trying to do it all. But she was the only good thing about it and I was glad I was only there a few hours a night.

I have alot of pictures of what was wrong 1st we walked in and it wasn't cleaned there was even toe nails on the floor and that was just the start of it. We go back that way in 2 months and I will never stay there again it was nothing like the pictures. I would like to show more pictures if you would let me. I even have the pic of the black mold shower curtain I was disgusted with the room so I when out and got cleaning supplies to clean the room and the bad thing is the only other hotel that had rooms available was the hotel behind that one bc of the army graduation. I took pictures so many health code violations. I have the pictures of them.

Alright for a low price

Good value compared to other stays in the area. Just across the river from Columbus, with plenty to see. Good variety of restaurants close by. Hotel looks nice from the outside, lobby is spacious and pretty updated. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with.

No towels in the rooms, saw that in plenty of other reviews, it's true and best to bring your own. Room also wasn't that clean, and a little outdated. Location was a little tricky, as it was on a side road beside a bypass, easy to miss at night. Pretty thin walls as well, area is right infront of another hotel, so it can get a little noisy into the night.

Could have been better.

Good heat & ac, bed comfortable, good lighting. Room size good. Clean carpet.

Several things, No toilet paper, short on towels. No floor towel to step on out of shower. No soap products. tv screwed up, needed passcode to see some channels, tv show keep interrupting screen goes black then back to picture or not at all. Maintenance was supposed to come to fix tv, he never showed up. Housekeeping very poor for this room.

That the room was switched when there was a problem with the first room having not been cleaned at all

Both rooms were dirty. Room 1: dirty towel over chair. Dirty sock on vanity. Slept in, unmade bed. Room 2: soda spilled on chair. Pistachio shells on window. 1 Towel, 1 was cloth. Too tired to get 3rd room.
