The receptionist, Megan, was extremely polite and helpful
The bathtub had a continuous stream of water running.
The telephone was disconnected. No way to contact front desk without going to it.

I always love this place . The location is in the middle I can go to Broadway or Columbus . I love the pool area and they have a grill area . The lobby is nice .
The pool & grill area wasn't kept. My room had water bugs . I booked a suite and it wasn't clean . They gave me a room with a beds it had no towels full of bugs . The lamps had no bulb . The ice machine & Vending was out.
