The staff was excellent, especially Pam, who worked the breakfast area. I have never seen anyone who enjoyed their work more than her. She sang beautifully while stocking the condiments, and spoke to each of us personally, thanking us for our business. The hotel was clean and well kept. The only complaint I have is that we could not adjust the temperature in our room because the controls were locked. The thermostat said that it was set on 68 degrees, but it was much hotter than that in our room. It was very difficult to sleep because we were uncomfortably warm. I ended up buying a small fan and setting it on the nightstand to circulate some cooler air. I’ve never stayed in another hotel where we had absolutely no control over the temperature in our room.

The hotel front desk person was rude at check in. I called the next morning to see what time breakfast was. The clerk said “it’s printed on the key sleeve” and it’s 7-10am. I said well I don’t have the sleeve. She repeated her self and I just said okay. In the time she took to tell me about the sleeve, she could have just said 7-10am and been done.

I was disappointed in my stay this time. In our bathroom shower. We had standing water while showering. Evidently there’s some issue with the water draining.

I think it was over priced If your paying no more than $110 with tax you will find it reasonable, but if your paying more you will find it over priced since the place isn’t the newest or best I wish we would have went with a cheaper option

The gentleman at the front desk staff not willing to assist us after we had extended our stay the night before. He wanted us to change rooms and we explained the night before we were told we could stay in the same room. He then told us basically to go and find a different hotel which we did.

Neat and clean. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Pool is a plus. Room was very adequate for our needs. Access from highway is somewhat convoluted. Somewhat inconvenient to have to go to another floor or the lobby to get ice and/or vending machine.

Nice environment friendly staff especially the lady doing the breakfast set up and the one who cleaned up and brought us new towels. We were there for our cousins wedding so it met our needs and it was close to the venue. We would definitely stay again.

The staff at this facility were outstanding! So helpful and patient! I opened my trunk and jars of bbq sauce fell out and broke all over the parking. The staff immediately came out and cleaned it up for us. They helped my grandchildren with breakfast and were so kind to them ( usually no one wants to talk to them) it was very refreshing. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was clean and updated. Breakfast was good. The AC in our room didn’t get very cool and only let you set it down to 68. The hot water in the shower would go up and down in temperature and could hurt someone as it got pretty hot a few times. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel. The room was very clean and spacious.

The water never got hot in the shower, the shower curtain bar broke & water flooded on the floor, noisier than other visits, breakfast staff dropped platter of omelets on the floor & put the ones that didn’t fall off the platter in the serving dish… yuck! Needless to say, I didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

The nicest property we could find in city. But the location is sketchy at best. There is police car permanently parked out front to deter crime. Front doors lock at 8:45 and you have to be buzzed in because of the crime.

Great stay! Comfy beds, nice nice breakfast. Pam was awesome during breakfast. She kept the place stocked and sang the whole time. Courtney made sure that everyone was safe inside and outside.
