The pictures make the property look immaculate. It is not in the same condition as pictured. It is in need of refreshing. As examples - the furniture and carpet is visibly worn. It needs a thorough clean including washing the walls and carpets. I did call the host (which is a company) several times and one of the representatives that I spoke with a couple of times seemed irritated by my calls. I had to call more than once before someone came to fix a couple of issues (lights not working, unbalanced pool chemicals). There were very small ants in one of the upstairs bathrooms and bunkbed room. I did feel safe and the shared amenities (Hideaway Club) are fantastic. The pricing is fair. I would have given this property a 3.5 if that was an option.

Only problem is there is no sun on poolside of the house, and downstairs sofa has rips in it. There was no coffee or filters at all, or other amenities that have been provided at other vrbo's.

The property was dirty, there was a butter knife on the ledge of one of the upper windows. The chairs at the bar were damaged. The front door area was cluttered. Ants were in one of the rooms and bathroom upstairs. One of the ladders for the bunk beds was missing a stair and broke, showers let way too much water drain onto the floor. The vacuum was broken and unable to suck up dirt. Air filters looked like they haven’t been changed in years. Whoever serviced the pool left the hose in the pool. And the surrounding tenants partied all night (realize that’s not your fault)
