Located in Les Trois-Îlets, this lovely villa for $371 per night is a great option for your next vacation. THE VILLA TI PARADI The Villa Ti Paradi of 240 m² interior + large outdoor terraces, is ideally located in a housing estate, in a quiet area, on the edge of a hill enjoying a lovely view of the Trois Ilets golf course and the sea. This villa, made up of 9 rooms spread over 2 levels, can accommodate a maximum of 12 travelers. On the main floor, you will find the large fully equipped kitchen, with its central island opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, electric hotplates, a plancha, two refrigerators, a classic coffee maker and a senséo, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a TV ... An ice maker is available in the "bar" area which communicates with the large terrace where the dining table is located, a garden furniture set and the first infinity pool. You will enjoy a nice view of the golf course and the sea. The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. An independent WC is on this same level You will also find on this same level, a first large air-conditioned bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with a bath, shower and double sinks + a large dressing room. Relax in one of the two swimming pools as well as on the sun loungers and rest chairs available for travelers. On the lower level, you will find 3 air-conditioned bedrooms which have access to the lower terrace with the second swimming pool. These rooms have a bathroom with double sinks, shower + separate WC. Numerous sun loungers and rest chairs as well as an umbrella can be found around the second swimming pool to relax in the Martinique sun. The villa has an apartment (which adjoins the villa with direct communication) composed of a kitchen, an interior living room with TV, an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed + wardrobe, a second air-conditioned bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with double sinks and shower + separate toilet and an outdoor terrace with access to the swimming pool. THE ROOMS The first bedroom is on the main floor, it is air conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed with a large dressing room + its private bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom is on the lower level. It is air conditioned and includes a 140cm double bed, a chest of drawers, and access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool. The third bedroom is also on the lower floor. It is air conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a chest of drawers and access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool. The fourth bedroom is on this same level. It is air conditioned and includes a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and has access to the outdoor terrace with swimming pool. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share a bathroom with double sinks, shower and separate toilet. The last two bedrooms are in an apartment which communicates with the villa. An air-conditioned bedroom is equipped with a 140cm double bed + a wardrobe and the last bedroom is also air-conditioned with bunk beds. NEAR The beaches, shops, restaurants and the marina of the tourist site of Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan are 4 km away. From the marina or from Anse Mitan beach, there is a regular maritime connection to Fort-de-France. From its central position, excursions in the North or South of Martinique are facilitated. A tree-top course, a horse riding club and tennis courts are a few km away, as well as golf course. Access to the beautiful beaches of Diamant and Anses d'Arlet is quick and direct.
