Despite the hotel's wonderful location, beautiful beach, and attractive bungalows, I was left with the impression that some members of the staff did not genuinely care about guests' wishes and did not always listen to customer requests. I stayed at the hotel for three nights, extending my stay one night at a time. From the moment I arrived, I clearly explained that if I were given a comfortable room that met my expectations, I would likely extend my stay to up to a week. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. Despite specifically requesting a quiet room at the end of a corridor, away from noise and small children, I was assigned the very first room next to the reception area, which receives all the foot traffic, conversations, and noise generated throughout the hotel. This was the exact opposite of what I had requested. In addition, the room had two small single beds, whereas I had requested a double bed. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was moved to a room that was exactly what I had hoped for. I checked in, unpacked my luggage, and finally started to feel comfortable and happy. I was already planning to extend my stay. However, when I later visited the reception desk, I was informed that I would have to leave that room the following morning because it had been reserved for a long term guest. Although disappointed, there was little I could do. The next day, I was moved again, this time to a room where the internet connection was not working. After spending one night there, I requested another room change. A different room was provided, but it was located on the first floor of a bungalow, accessible only by a steep staircase. Carrying my luggage upstairs was extremely difficult, and I nearly fell. In total, during a stay of only three nights, I was assigned four different rooms. Had my preferences been taken into consideration from the beginning, I would have been extremely satisfied and would gladly have given the hotel top marks.

The hotel could have significantly improved my experience by paying closer attention to my room preferences from the moment I arrived. I had clearly requested a quiet room with a double bed, away from noise and heavy foot traffic, yet I was initially assigned a room directly next to the reception area. Had my request been respected from the beginning, multiple room changes could have been avoided. Better communication between staff members regarding room allocations would also have helped. During a stay of only three nights, I was moved four times, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, management should address the bird problem in the breakfast area as a matter of priority. Improved protection of the buffet and dining areas would greatly enhance hygiene standards and allow guests to enjoy breakfast in a more relaxed environment. Finally, a response from management to guest feedback would demonstrate that customer concerns are taken seriously. Even a simple acknowledgment of my message would have shown professionalism and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
