Emplacement idéal - chambre pas à la hauteur des étoiles

L’emplacement, la petite plage en contre bas et une vue imprenable sur Fort de France et les pitons du Carbet

Les équipements méritant une rénovation (climatisation qui fuit). Chambre poussiéreuse (amas de poussières visibles : dans la tête de lit, sous table de chevet, plafond). Problèmes électriques : TV qui s’allume seule la nuit (3fois), boîtier électrique de climatisation grésillant - possible risque d’électrocution ?! Aucune proposition commerciale après l’annonce de tous ces éléments au check out.

Site magnifique qui ne demande qu’à être embellie par une prestation et infrastructure en corrélation

Le site, la plage et le bar sur pilotis. La Qualité du petit déjeuner

Vétusté des chambres et communs Rapport qualité prix restaurant. Le soir est top mais la qualité des mets n’est pas présente. Présentation , quantité .. adéquation annonce et ce qui arrive ds l’assiette

Great visit to lounge and celebrate a special date or anniversary

Sea side patio, outdoor pool, ocean side bar, beach was small but pleasant, not a busy season, close to a lot of shops and restaurants, spacious well equipped room, attractive lobby

A lot of steps to go from seaside to the pool or front desk, couldn’t get the tub to work (shower was fine), room seemed a little outdated (furniture and fixtures)

Beautiful location with beaches, pool, and easy access to Fort de France.

This hotel is set on beautiful grounds, with it's own private beach, and easy access to other beaches in the area. It's also very convenient for the ferry to Fort de France. There's a nice shopping area just next to the hotel with a number of restaurants. Breakfast is quite nice, and the breakfast room has wonderful views. I actually got sick during the visit, but the hotel staff was extremely helpful, getting me a doctor and preparing special foods for me. I thank them very much for that.

The Josephine suite is the best room, with the best view, extremely nice, but twice the price as other rooms. The beach rooms were also nice and quiet.

Expensive and not worth it if you're looking for a quiet stay.

The view is amazing and direct access to the beach.

Very noisy, parties hosted in the hotel with loud music from lunch time till midnight.

Good but the staff (some of them) were not so kind

The location is very nice . I think the breakfast could be improved with more variety of food, seasonal fruits and milk and coffee.

Terrific location for relaxing by the ocean, with lovely views and a nice beachfront.

The room was next to the beach, with a lovely patio and terrific views of the water. Couldn't hear any noise from adjacent rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Had the breakfast one morning, and it was very good.

The section of hotel was dated, but well maintained. It could use some updating, but overall, the hotel was very nice.

Hotel very very dated rusted chipped porcelain shower \ tub chipped walls general maintenance lacking absalutly not handicap accessible infinity pool paint all chipped and worn ,to bad great spot 30 minutes from air port sad when we see a hotel of this calaber had had it's better day fix it up or shut it down and build a new one at the price they charge would excpect more quality .

Was breakfast included? I didn’t know that if it was and never had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The location for tourists was the best I’ve seen on the island. It’s a 30 minute drive from the airport and a two minute walk to the adjacent Village Creole, with a grocery store, and many shops and restaurants. Additionally, the marina is located next to the Village which was ideal for the ferry to Fort de France and boat excursions. The room was spacious, well appointed with lots of storage, and the bed, pillows and duvet cover were heavenly! I had a beautiful view of the beach and over to Fort de France. The staff were always very responsive and helpful. I was there over the Christmas holidays, and the special added touch of finding gifts in my room, and a beautiful fruit plate on Christmas Day was a thoughtful and classy touch.

The beach is the most beautiful sand and clear water on the island, I just wish it was larger to be able to walk along. Additionally, the wifi connection would cut out every time my phone shut off and I’d have to constantly re-connect. I also didn’t like all the smoking on the beach and the smokers all leaving their cigarettes butts in the sand everywhere.

Despite its shortcomings, I had a blast

The location was fantastic. You were right there on the beach and also a two minute walk away from the dining and shopping district. Very Friendly staff.

The rooms need a total face lift. They really need to be upgraded along with the surroundings - repainting and furniture upgrading is an urgent necessity.

A beautiful location with stunning view

The hotel location is fabulous (on the beach, close to restaurants and shops). The bar by the pool with view over the Fort-de-France bay is fantastic. Breakfast is great. The rooms on the beach are great.

The cleanliness was approximative... The rooms are slightly outdated. The antique AC leaks... Some remodeling would be necessary.

Exceptional

Lovely beach, pool and setting overall. Comfortable bed, I had a room right in front of beach ⛱️ Staff were super friendly and let my friends hang out at the hotel bar and pool even before check-in. Also my luggage was kept in storage after check-out for half a day and they even let me shower in an unoccupied room before I headed to airport.

I have no negative comments! Except it was a little loud during the day to be in room right by the beach....but that is no surprise.

Great hotel, staff were very helpful and spoke English, food was amazing and on a great beach

beach is fab, hotel restaurants are amazing, location is great other restaurants and bars close by, ferry to Fort de France only a couple of mins walk and car hire companies 1 min from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent.

Bring your luck and hope to come across a good staff

The location

The beach wasn’t really private. And locals will dock their party boats literally 20 meters from the hotels beach.. if you are in one of those beach front deluxe room (like us). Rest assured that you won’t get a good night’s sleep. Some of the staff at the reception were extremely rude and unpleasant… didn’t even bother to explain us where our room was , let along helping us with our suitcases… The whole place was pretty run down. It’s not worth the price.

A bit too expensive, probably because of the great view

- beach rooms are great, you open the door and directly on the beach and sea (which is too shallow unfortunately) - amazing view from the top restaurants and pool - there is a small "mini village" right nearby with a lot of restaurants, shops, etc. - they were flexible with the checkin hour - nice reminders and communication (automatic) before reservation period - great room cleaning at constant hours - fast intervention when you have a problem - they even set up a free computer with a printer so you can print your travel documents if needed

- very unreliable Wi-Fi in the rooms and on the terrace/beach - the beach, while looking great, is pretty small and probably feeling a bit crowded, especially because they allow any non-guests on the beach - the a la carte restaurant (for dinner) is fancy like: expensive, small dishes, nothing great about it, and on top of that we waited far too long for food even though there were very few clients. You're better off going to the nearby restaurants

Perfect location, room right on the beach, decent breakfast & delicious omelettes. Beach area is lovely.

Room very small & dated, bathroom was old & tired & a bit dirty. Hotel also very dated throughout.
