About this house rental
This charming half of a semi-detached house is situated 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, in a commanding panoramic location overlooking the Valdarno within the Balze Nature Reserve.
The property is not privately owned but comprises three separate residential units, each with its own entrance. The house is spread over two floors. From the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a magnificent, evocative view, you have access to the living room and kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the valley. The other bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are on the ground floor. There are tables and chairs under the pergola in front of the house, and a section of the private garden lies just below it.
A little further up is the large swimming pool, where you can sunbathe and admire the relaxing landscape amongst the olive groves. The pool is shared and available to all guests staying at the property. The complex comprises not only holiday flats but also rooms to let, the guests of which also have access to the pool.
The holiday home is ideally situated for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its beautiful surroundings, as well as other interesting towns such as Florence (40 km), Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other wine-producing areas (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). The access road is narrow for 1.2 km.

I would stay here again. We had a party of 9 and all enjoyed and would recommend the property. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful views. Staff was friendly and responsive. Pool was a big bonus (and I made sure to use it even though were were sight seeing most days). I was happy with property and nearby town.

Nous étions 14 amis et avons passé d’excellentes vacances. La piscine est très grande avec deux bassins plus petits ou les non nageurs ont eu beaucoup de plaisir à se baigner! Les chambres sont plutôt vastes, il y a des rangements partout. La literie, les draps et serviettes de toilette fournies de bonne qualité. Il existe des tables partout sur la propriété pour profiter de la vue sur les oliviers et la vallée. La restauration proposée est d’excellente qualité : merci pour tous les antipasti qui nous ont permi de découvrir la cuisine régionale. De belles vacances!
