About this house rental
Nestled in Belmont, this attractive house for $165 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This house is located on S. Main St. Please keep in mind - that means there may be street noise or traffic at times. With that being said - it makes getting to downtown very easy! We are not tucked away remotely but close to activities! If this will bother you please do not stay with us as we want our house to be a good fit for our guests. The house is set up with your comfort in mind. Traveling with kids? Let us make your life easier... pack n play, baby swing, toys, sound machines, high chair... if you need anything else let me know as I probably have it. Also provided are eco soap and 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner to make your traveling easier. Upon entering - you will have a bedroom immediately to your left and another guest bedroom to your right. Both have new sleep signature queen beds and share the hall bathroom that has a tub/shower bath. The master is the second bedroom on your left is fitted with a new sleep signature queen bed as well. It has it's own ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower and rain shower head. The washer and dryer are located behind the sliding barn-doors should you need to use. In this nook, we have 4 folding chairs that can be pulled out and paired with our drop-leaf table should you need more eating space or choose to eat at the kitchen bar. There is a sectional sofa to spread out on and a smart tv for guests to watch their preferred streaming account once logging into our smart TV (guest mode will automatically log you out as well). Although the house is completely renovated and newly furnished, the yard is still on our to-do list to make shine. Please bare with us as we grow less weeds and more green grass and stay tuned as patio plans are in the works.

This old but updated home is so neat. It was convenient to spending time in Charlotte. We visited the Billy Graham Library and Crowder's Mountain State Park as well as the McAdenville Christmas lights and downtown Belmont. We loved our time and the accommodations were perfect. The 3 nice sized bedrooms had comfy beds and 2 bathrooms were spacious. We utilized the well stocked kitchen. The couch was a relaxing space too. It was a fun stay.

We were here for a graduation of our oldest granddaughter Morgan from Belmont Abbey College. This home was conveniently located and just the right size for our family! It's impeccably decorated, and immaculate! We were very pleased with Gwynn's property!

House is adorable and well-outfitted for a weekend stay. Belmont's cute downtown main street area is a quick drive or about a mile walk for lots of restaurant/bar options and shops (although shops were closed during the hours we were there). Nighttime traffic noise was tough for our light sleepers, but otherwise everything was great. Owners were easy to contact and nice about letting us have a late check-out. Would definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable. Extra points for cleanliness, bed comfort, and linen comfort. I would have given a five star for everything with the exception that the road tends to be a little busy and noisy at night. That only bothered one member of our party. If you are a good sleeper, or use white noise, it’s perfect! Would stay again.

Great Girls Trip

Perfect alternative to getting two hotel rooms
This was a great option for our stay to visit my sister, who just had a baby and lived about 10 minutes away from this location. At first we were going to get two hotel room - one for my parents and one for me and my kids, but this was a MUCH better solution, and more economical. The house was nicely decorated and cozy and very clean. The street noise could sometimes be loud, but each room has a sound machine so that helps at night when sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Place Close to Belmont
I visited for work, but the evenings were made enjoyable by this cozy, easily accessible home. It is a short distance from the center of Belmont, which has some very good dining options. The house is very up-to-date with respect to fixtures and furniture. The host had everything ready to go upon my arrival.
