Nothing

They charged for breakfast although as per booking confirmation it was complementary. I had transferred the advance amount for booking, they told they have not received although I had shared the receipt.

Heritage Hotel -snippets of my stay.

Currently in the category & segment the hotel operates , it has created a niche for itself. But all pros has Con's as well. In this case the location is a shade distance away from the town,which makes travel cumbersome. This cannot be changed but keeping the hotel neat and clean is within control.So please keep the rooms squeaky clean , Improve the menu for food, food variety is a concern and is over priced.This is an area of improvement.

Continuous poking at the reception to pay in cash .Instead, all forms of payment should be entertained.

The staff were friendly and hospital. The hotel's restaurant food is very very nice. Rooms are clean and good but definitely not as what sees in the internet room details. Rooms lacked ventilation.

No lift elevators. As compared to other good hotels of that city , this one definitely was not up to the mark in context to the price they have charged.

Very Bad Experience

Very Slow service. All of a sudden the hotel kitchen was closed without giving prior information. we asked to buy food from outside.

Hotel Heritage- Could be better in mind -set!

The warm welcome , politeness of the staff ,clean bed linen .

I stayed at room number 207 @INR 2990 tax inclusive. Would you not expect a basic mirror in the wash room? How will one shave. The staff insists on paying in cash. May be they have there reasons but I had an altercation of paying through credit card. This is the practice with all customers. The location is clearly out of the town and transportation is a concern , specially during evenings.
